Taboga The Islands of Flowers

It was a terrible experience, do not make reservations through Viatour. Direct experience only costs $45.00 and here you get $65.00. Nobody waited for us on the pier, either in the way or in the return, we had 1 hour waiting to be given an answer about lunch. The organization was a disaster because this package includes “tour” and there was never a tour at all. Plus we were charged dearly to use the cheapest and slowest ferry. I don't recommend it at all

Awful experience. We paid $65 for a food and drink tour. But it wasn't, nobody received us, we had an hour trying to locate someone from the Tour and another hour waiting for food. We could not enjoy the ride, we ran out of tour and nobody gave us explanation, nor book through viatour because the tour costs $45 and they sell them for $65. Total scam.

I want to put on record my experience with the Luxury Tour agency through the pag viator, as we paid $65 per person for the package to Isla Taboga and the experience was far from promised. Since our arrival there was no welcome, guidance or hospitality. We had to wait about an hour for a representative of Viator or the agency itself to appear. No one received us or explained the itinerary; we practically had to ask and seek attention on our own. Communication was poor throughout the tour and customer service was abysmal. The included meal was a regular meal, a far cry from the “Caribbean food” they promote on the page as something special or prominent. When analyzing cost: The ferry costs about $20. Food doesn't exceed $10 in real value. Then the question arises: where is the rest of the money? Experience does not justify the price paid at all. Honestly, this tour shouldn't cost more than $40, not $65. In addition, the transport allocated was the Calypso boat, the slowest and cheapest available, while other agencies offered better boats and much more organized receptions, such as the Taboga Express. The final feeling was clear: we were sold something “Luxury” that has absolutely nothing luxury. We were given the most basic and economical service, but charged as an exclusive experience. I wouldn't hire this agency again. They didn’t even fulfill the most essential thing in tourism: making the visitor feel welcome.

Hello, we were on the island of Taboga today. For the sun loungers and the parasol they asked us 20 euros. The argument that these are free for us after all because we booked with Tripadvisor / Luxury Tours was not accepted. Supposedly, according to your offer, a drink, lunch and tourist tax should have been included. All lies! None of that happened. We had to pay for everything ourselves.

Nice beach experience and a bit of sea travel among the large cargo ships. Organization: we got all the info via mail, could find the stating point, though it was not obvious initially due to the different reseller, organizer, and boat operator (Calypso). A Whatsapp is useful for keeping in touch (I didn't have one). The ship ride was enjoyable and safe. The beach, sand, and water was nice, services available. I could see a bit more thrash than I'd like, but later I realized this is a general issue on Panama beaches. The launch was good, though we wouldn't have bough such a large lunch in the middle of the day on a hot day, but as it was included, we accepted it. Nice pina coladas sold.

Excellent service. The attention and accompaniment to the tourist is welcoming. Always at the service and well-being of tourists.

Lovely day at the beach on the island. Tour guide was helpful and brought our lunch to our location on the beach.

It is important to check the season in which you travel to not be affected by the weather, in our case the day was rainy.

Loved the atole with Luxury Tour Panama! I did it with Joshua and it was all amazing! And always watching for our arrival on the flight! The places and the treatment of the best! Thank you so much!

Their trip was amazing ! The energy was incredible, the locals are nice and the food was fresh. I highly recommend 10/10!!!!
