Great experience and wonderful itinerary.

We had a great day exploring the areas mentioned. Our guide Albert was amazing. He was full of information about the places we visited and more. His lovely manner and sense of fun with photo suggestions all added to the day. Nothing was too much trouble and our flying visit to Cape Town was excellent due to doing this tour. Thank you Albert!

Favorite tour I’ve ever been on!

This was probably my most favorite tour of a city’s main sights I’ve ever been on. It takes you to all of Cape Town’s most gorgeous sights along with fun and cute village areas for coffee and snacks/lunch. Ray was a fantastic tour guide who told us all about the history of each place we went to and was just overall very kind and patient. He even dropped us off at Camps Bay instead of our hotel because we loved it so much there! Thanks to this tour, Cape Town is my new favorite vacation destination! If you are considering booking, don’t hesitate.

Excellent experience with our guide Roger

Roger, our guide, has been really lovely, friendly and considerate for the whole day trip! Excellent experience! The schedule is very reasonable to cover the most worthwhile visits in one day but not too packed. Even the scene on the drive way is amazing! We are very fortunate to be the only couple guests today and we even enjoyed a private tour.

Every beginning is hard!

Table Mountain, Cape Town Peninsula, Cape Point, Cap of Good Hope. Pick up at the Cruise Terminal 1 hour later than planned, with info... At Table Mountain 45 minutes waiting time before we could climb the gondola. Very nice view, very good weather. We had just left the mountain station, the guide calls, to go back down to the valley, otherwise the schedule cannot be adhered to. We don't accept that. 5 minutes later new call, another guide takes over the tour. We can stay on Table Mountain for a maximum of 30 minutes. That was not what we imagined. Grade 6! Again at the valley station the new guide was actually waiting. It was a good trade. A beautiful tour of the Cape Peninsula, no time pressure

Thank you for your honest feedback — and sincere apologies for the disruption you experienced. I’m very sorry your pick-up was delayed due to the vehicle we initially dispatched being unfit for the tour; we made that change to ensure your safety and comfort, but we know the later departure was inconvenient. I also apologize for the guide change a genuine family emergency required the original guide to leave, which was beyond our control. We should have communicated these issues more clearly and sooner. We appreciate your patience with the longer wait at Table Mountain and regret that the time there felt rushed after the schedule adjustments. Our replacement guide aimed to keep the rest of the Cape Peninsula tour relaxed and enjoyable, and I’m glad that portion met your expectations. Your experience matters to us. Please contact us at res@kasiafricasafari.co.za or reply here so we can discuss a goodwill gesture and ensure your next tour with Kasi Africa Safari reflects the seamless, attentive service we strive to provide.

Fantastic day

We had an absolutely fantastic Cape of Good Hope tour with Lina and Benny today. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. Lina was a wonderful guide — so knowledgeable and engaging — and she made every stop interesting and enjoyable. Benny, our driver, was excellent. We felt completely safe and relaxed the entire day, and his calm, friendly manner added so much to the experience. They brought us to the most amazing restaurant for lunch, which was such a highlight, and they gave us plenty of time at each location so we could really enjoy the beauty of every stop along the way. Nothing felt rushed and they were so accommodating throughout the day. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Cape Town. Lina and Benny made the whole experience feel personal and special. We couldn’t recommend them more highly! Thank you both for such a wonderful day. — Amanda & Conor
