Should you wish to cancel further proceedings upon finding that Table Mountain is not operating, please advise your tour guide to drop you back at your hotel before proceeding with the rest of the tour otherwise we cannot give you a refund if you proceed with the tour.

Booked the shared tour but got charged for a private tour! Do not reccomend!! Bad customer service and annoying tour guides!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent tour. While the tour content itself was acceptable, two major issues significantly tarnished the experience. My pickup time was officially confirmed as 07:05. I planned my morning and breakfast accordingly. However, I received a WhatsApp message at the very last minute informing me that the time had been changed to 06:50. Despite this sudden shift, I managed to board the vehicle by 07:00. Upon boarding, I was greeted with a visible attitude and a cold demeanor by the staff. To make matters worse, I witnessed the staff warmly greeting every other passenger after me with handshakes and "good mornings," while I was pointedly ignored. Being treated as a "problematic passenger" due to a scheduling change made by your company is entirely unprofessional and disrespectful. The tour was sold as an "All-Inclusive" package. However, I was forced to pay significant additional amounts for the following entry fees: • Table Mountain • Penguin Colony • Cape of Good Hope The term "All-Inclusive" implies that all core activities and entrance fees are covered. Charging extra for the main highlights of the tour is misleading and dishonest business practice.
