Unorganized , Even the highway toll didn’t work for the bus so we lost again time hearing discussions over discussions to solve their stupid organization

When booking tickets for Supratours bus trip from Marrakech to Essaouira I was sent vouchers by email. Supratours do not accept these vouchers, they will accept tickets only. So on the day, not knowing this, I had to purchase 2 more tickets and was a bit fed up to say the least. Apparently tickets are on the app Viatours but just wasn’t aware of this. Marrakech helps were very, very helpful with this misunderstanding when I complained and forwarded me 2 tickets for return journey from Essaouira to Marrakech at no charge. Great service indeed.
