Pickup service 5/5 for pickup Ibrahim was a great driver picked us up from From our location and shared good conversation along the way but he was not the guide for the quad tour. Equipment 2/5 equipment was not very good, kymco low quality Taiwanese brand quads, one of the quad new and the other one was old and burning oil throughout the trip. Helmets were very uncomfortable, old. Guide 1/5 didn’t speak a word Of English and was just speeding through the tour, didn’t try to check if we were actually enjoying the trip or not. Very pushy trip. They Need to pay for good guides. Location 1/5 the whole area of the tour is dumped with construction waste. Some parts had palm groves. But overall the location is extremely dirty. Other companies also were touring in the same area. Price 1/5 same trips costing 30-40 usd per person on viator by other companies in marrakesh and this trip was over 70 usd per person 144 usd for 2 person Also the tour clearly stated English guide with 2 hour quad ride at sunset We were picked up at 6:20pm at the Medina area and were given water bottles On the way and we reached around 6:50 pm at the site. We started your around 7pm and finished the tour at 8:11 pm So the ride time was only 1 hour 11 minutes. Not 2 hour as advertised. So overall was not a pleasant experience and I regret not choosing another company that had over 200 reviews

Ismaeel was very good at booking and keeping in touch. Tour was organised really well including camel ride and Atlas Mountains. Akil the driver was very caring and friendly. Very knowledgeable and smooth communication as they know English reply well. Fast responses to any problems and queries we had. Highly recommend to book all excursions with Ismaeel.

with take your guide , I had an excellent experience with sunset quad biking in the palm grove of Marrakech Welcoming very warm from the team, during this course around the palms and the beautiful view we took a pose in an extra ordinary terrace it welcomed us Moroccan tea with honey, olive oil .... etc. we do it is the Moroccan way of life simply but with a smile and joy among good people I never forgot this experience and I became a loyal customer to these people count on you for the next weekly activity that he is on top I wish you the best continuation you are really adorable

Riding the ATV was a lot of fun with this company. They offer an outstanding service and a special care for the guests. The adventure was quite interesting through the oases and deserts surrounding Marrakesh. We had a tea break with the most spectacular view and rode through some amazingly thrilling trails. the whole team look forward to doing it again, it was quite an amazing experience.

This was a nice ride, nice dessert, the tourguides were nice and the quads were also good. Would recommend this!
I did a good hour of quad biking in the Palmeraie, I had a good time, it was great. We were a group of 4 quads, it was perfect. Towards the beginning of the "walk", one of the employees exchanged our 2 quads just to allow me to have even more fun since his was more "responsive", it was adorable! We also made slaloms in the sand: the desert snake. I recommend!
