- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
- The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
- There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
- Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
- Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

The Sunset experience is the best. The colors are just stunning. The pilot would also switch around the seating arrangement so everyone can experience window seat or front seat
The helicopter pilot was very informative and helpful. Enjoyed the music through head phones. The Grand Canyon stop was wonderful. Seeing Lake Powell and the Mohave desert. We missed flying down the strip because of flight pattern and new regulations, but still enjoyed it from further away, it didn’t take away from our experience. I learned that some people believe that the Grand Canyon was created by aliens mining it.
It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I booked this for my husband’s birthday and it was his very first helicopter ride. We were greeted by our pilot, I believe his name is Tate. He was very informative, friendly, and shared interesting facts about the surrounding areas as well as the history of Las Vegas throughout the flight. One of the highlights of the trip was seeing the Grand Canyon from above, which was truly breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to land and spend time in the Grand Canyon, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an incredible experience and a perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommended!

I loved the experience of flying in the grand canyon, it's worth what it costs! You enter the grand canyon, they give you champagne, then you fly towards sunset and it is something magical, when I return to Las Vegas I will surely repeat it

A unique experience. Seeing the Grand Canyon from a completely different, breathtaking perspective. I must say, we were very fortunate to be only three or four with the pilot in the helicopter. In other groups, there were up to 8 passengers, which gets really cramped. Also to be criticized is the now missing shuttle service. Otherwise, it was really great.
