Pickup Locations & Times
If you’re staying in a Riad, we’ll arrange the nearest accessible meeting point for the van. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, we can arrange transportation for an additional fee. Pickup times may vary depending on the season: Winter: between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM Summer: between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM The guide will contact you via WhatsApp the night before the tour or early in the morning to confirm the exact pickup time. We use WhatsApp to make communication easier between you and the guide during your experience. If you don’t receive any message, please contact our support team for assistance.

The overall experience itself was nice, but the pick-up service could definitely have been better. We were not picked up directly from our B&B and were instead asked to wait in an area that was extremely hot and humid. What made this more concerning was that we had already explained that we had experienced a frightening incident nearby where a man nearly threw stones at us. Despite raising this safety concern, we were still asked to wait there rather than being collected from our accommodation. We enjoyed the actual experience, but better consideration for guests’ safety, comfort, and pick-up arrangements would have made a significant difference.

We had an amazing time on the Agafay Desert camel ride, quad biking, dinner, and fire show experience! Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off, making the day completely stress-free. The camel ride at sunset was beautiful, and the quad biking was an absolute blast! The dinner was delicious with plenty of traditional Moroccan dishes to enjoy, and the evening entertainment was spectacular. The live music, fire show, and fireworks under the desert sky made for a truly unforgettable experience. One thing I’d recommend to future travelers is to plan your day well. The tour is about 6 hours long, so make sure you eat beforehand, stay hydrated. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco and an experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

Hassan (our guide) and Abdeljalil were fantastic. Hassan went out of his way to make sure his group had a very enjoyable time. The Agafay desert is beautiful, the camels seem well cared for, and dinner was delicious. The fire at the end was a great way to finish the night. Note: You will be with a diverse group of individuals with varying ATV experience. We are avid riders and at first the pace was a bit slow. I applaud the company for focusing on the safety of all riders. That said, you may want to see if there’s an option to book a private excursion if you are thrill seekers. An excursion designed to bait tourists, we had booked for 3:30 PM, and we had organized our day according to our excursion, we received a text message around 2:30 PM to tell us that the appointment was finally at 5:30 PM. First disappointment, we then toured the city's hotels, 1 hour lost! Then we took a break at an argan oil cooperative that pressured us to buy and made us lose 45 min! The camel ride is a total rip-off! Group of 10/15, the animals are neither respected nor cared for, we are pulled by a leash by a "guide" who goes around a hill, takes 2/3 photos per group, and that's it! Really mediocre meal with no flavor and we were sick afterward. The positive point that gives the only star this excursion deserves: the quad bike ride, small group, very nice guide who took great care of us! Honestly, this excursion is way too expensive for what it's actually worth, I think it's a major tourist trap.

Tariq, our guide was really lovely very friendly and good communication pre-pick up and on the trip itself. We did the camel ride and quad bike option both were great the camel ride thankfully isn’t too long about 20 minutes which is perfect. Then the quad back was really fun with the driver we had for that. The evening with the entertainment and food was a great way to end the evening. Yes, we visited a woman’s cooperative for the argen oil but it wasn’t hard sell at all.

Our tour guide Tareq was excellent! He did a great job of ensuring each guest was having a great time, and of providing useful commentary. We had a wonderful time riding the camels and having a peaceful dinner in the desert, and we would definitely recommend the tour to anyone in Marrakech looking for a unique experience!

Incredible experience, visit to the women's cooperative, 20-minute camel ride, and the dinner show in a magnificent setting with the sunset. Very good meal, and a great fire show. Our guide Tareq and our driver were great. Very nice activity for a great value for money.
