- Please arrive 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot, as the Tour will start promptly at the designated time.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
- Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
- Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult

Emmanuel Stanley was AMAZING! He was incredibly well-mannered, personable, and made my sister and I feel like VIPs throughout our entire experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. I highly recommend the VIP tour, especially if you’re visiting on a weekend. You’re able to bypass many of the lines and get access to amazing photo opportunities, with Emmanuel even clearing space so we could get the perfect pictures. He also took so many great photos of my sister and me, which made the experience even more memorable. I’m also afraid of heights, and Emmanuel was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire experience, especially during the Ascent and Levitation experiences. He made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to enjoy the experience instead of focusing on my fear. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience because of Emmanuel! He truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend him as a guide to anyone visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt.

10/1010/10 experience. Despite the busy environment, my tour guide Emmanuel S. was fantastic. He educated the group about various parts of New York City, kept everyone together, and took numerous photos. Even with the crowded setting, he made my experience smooth and enjoyable.

Emmanuel S was a great and patient guide. He made sure we got the premium experience. He made up for the fact that our original guide Angela started our 6pm premium experience at 5:50 without us. He jumped right in without notice and did a great job. He also gave us recommendations on other things to do for the rest of the weekend. Like restaurant week. He also took great pictures for us. It was fantastic: the guide was helpful and clear, the unlimited access pass to everything was a fantastic choice to save time and feel a bit like a VIP. The only flaw is that the entrance is not indicated very clearly.

This was a family tour that included a 22-year-old and a 16-year-old. It was advertised as a personalized tour. The tour included eight guests, two that spoke Spanish only. The group was not held together, The tour guide did not have a projecting voice, nor any significant organizational skills, but instead The tour became disjointed. Along with the crowd and the excessive noise, this made it impossible to have a personalized tour. If you do this tour, you are paying $120 each just to skip the lines. We decided to tour on our own, but to continue skipping the lines. This worked well for us. Pros: 1. Great views of the New York skyline, nice elevator ride to the top. 2. some may like the mirrored and silver balloon rooms. Probably a good experience for families with younger children. Cons: 1. The cost of approximately $120 each to skip the lines. You can take your own photos. The ascent to the top was within a closed elevator. You could not get out at the top. 2. very noisy with lots of people taking pictures everywhere you turn. 3. A dark tunnel with flashing lights and sounds. Probably only entertaining to younger kids. 4. In our case, the tour guide was ineffective. Also, having to speak in two languages was not ideal.
