- We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and a bottle of water with you, especially on hot days.
- You can't bring any large bags and backpacks inside the site. You can leave them at the entrance, where a free cloakroom service is available. You can retrieve them at the end of your visit.
- Taking into account that public transport is not entirely efficient please leave early enough to reach the site at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour. It is not guaranteed that any late arrivals will be accommodated.
- Knowing the typical cobblestone streets in Pompeii, unfortunately the tour is not accessible for people with reduced mobility/wheelchair.

Recommend the tour! Excellent details
Our guide Maddalena took us on a wonderful tour, explaining everything in great detail, allowing us to be transported back in time; I could imagine life before the eruption because the explanations were very detailed, yet she used simple words. If I could, I would give 10 stars.
Such an amazing tour with a lovely and knowledgeable guide. Novella was clearly passionate about the history which made the tour so much more enriching. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering visiting Pompeii
Informative and entertaining
Francesco was an absolute pressure and a brilliant tour guide. He was very friendly, funny and patient with all our picture taking! There was not one but he missed with telling us the stories that once walked Pompeii. One of the main highlights was that Francesco took my arm, told me to close my eyes and then proceeded to take us into the 'party room's' I would highly recommend him as a tour guide. Thanks again for this experience.
Our tour guide, Lilian, really made this tour. She was very informative with such a sense of humour, she made us laugh so much. Pompeii is so interesting, we had a delicious 3 course lunch after the tour and then had the option to climb mount Vesuvius (which we did). Hard work but worth the view at the top. Highly recommend this trip
