This is the way to see Stonehenge. Otherwise you do not get within 100 ft of the stone circle. In this case there are knowledgeable experts telling you the history of the sight and you are among the stones. Lacock was interesting and Bath had the Roman baths but the trip is about the Stonehenge experience. Only 20 people with there with us. Nobody else around.
Our guide Rowen and driver Mo couldn’t have done a better job of showing us the countryside and providing us with opportunities to see and experience as much as we could on our journey to Bath and Stonehenge. Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience! From the start of the day, Rowan set our expectations with his extensive knowledge and enthusiastic energy, making learning about each stop genuinely interesting and engaging. Bath was even more beautiful than we anticipated, and Lacock was a charming town I would have known nothing about had it not been for Rowan's excellent historical storytelling. However, the absolute highlight of the tour was Stonehenge. Having the opportunity to visit in a small group and walk within the inner circle was a dream come true! Our transportation was clean and comfortable, and Mo did an excellent job driving. I highly recommend this tour—it is worth every penny! (Be sure to ask for Rowan 😉).
We booked the sunset inner circle viewing and the lighting was great. I wish we would have had a bit more time, or come mid August instead of early August because the light was just getting golden.
Amazing tour! Rowen and Mo were incredible and took care of the group very well! Rowen had amazing facts along the way and we LOVED the inner circle at Stonehenge.
Rowan was amazing, very informative knows her history would highly recommend her to all my friends and family Thank you for having her onboard
A very enjoyable tour! Stonehenge was as expected magnificient! The inner circle private tour there was really worth it and I’m happy I went for that option. The Roman baths in Bath was a nice add-on to give us two important and ancient pieces in the making of Britain. When this is said I have to add that the whole tour was enhanced by our fantastic guide Eva. Giving important facts of the sites, managing time and where to go in a very clear way and, in addition, what an entertainer! Making hours ins the bus funny indeed. Smoth and secure driving by Jason.
Terrific tour. Eva was excellent - fun and informative and our driver Jason did a terrific job of getting us places safely and on time. I would highly recommend both.
Our guide Rowan and driver Mo did an exceptional job of getting our group through a smooth day of travel and stops. Rowan was knowledgeable, funny and experienced at helping us make the most of each stop. She connected with everyone, took pictures, had tips and answered questions, all with a smile. Bath, Lacock and Stonehenge provided three unique stops outside the city streets of London. The inner access to Stonehenge was completely worth the upgrade, especially when I saw where the typical visitor had to stop. This tour took Stonehenge way beyond “a bunch of rocks.” My friend’s meal at the George Inn in Lacock was their favorite of a week long stay in London!
Ava was a wonderful guide, funny and informative, and it was great getting to know her a little bit as well. Jason was a great driver - nice and smooth with no issues, even in London traffic.
