Our tour guide - Sonya never showed up. We spent an hour trying to contact someone to get some answers. Viator also attempted to contact her. We finally decided to request a refund and go out on our own. Sonya eventually did call and apologize and we were offered a free tour the following day. Unfortunately, this don’t work with our travel plans and we had already made plans to tour Stonehenge on our own. Very disappointed
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise that Sonya did not arrive for your tour. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to spend part of your holiday waiting and trying to find out what was happening. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we offered a complimentary tour the following day as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we understand that this did not fit with your travel plans, and by then you had already made alternative arrangements to visit Stonehenge independently. We take reliability extremely seriously, and this incident has been fully reviewed internally to help ensure it does not happen again. We are truly sorry that we let you down on this occasion and appreciate your feedback.
Best way to see Stonehenge from Southampton cruise port. Our guide was timely, knowledgeable and an excellent driver.
Awesome! Andy was very knowledgeable and fun. We had an amazing time. Ask for Andy! Thank you for a great time
Excellent authentic British experience. Our tour guide Sonya was very interesting and knowledgeable about Stonehenge.
There was enough time to spend on the site and also a little time for the shop. It was leisurely and knowledge full. Our driver , Sonja , was amazing. She helped us with pictures that we will enjoy for years to comez
This company was so easy to work with. They answered all of my questions promptly . Sonya was our driver and she was excellent. She was cheerful, fun, reliable, and knew a lot of the history of Stonehenge. She added a drop off at Heathrow and we made it in plenty of time. We highly recommend her for your next trip.
Great experience! Our driver was friendly and professional and knew his history well. He answered the questions we asked and gave us a great tour.
Excellent trip with Ian who provided transport and guided us through the Stonehenge experience. Very good day.
Great half day tour from Southampton cruise port. Nice trip thru countryside, Ian was a delightful guide and loved seeing Stonehenge. Amazing site.
Thought I was booking a small group tour, but it was private (my doing)... so it was just me on the tour with my very knowledgeable guide, Sonya. She was a delight. I never felt hurried. I've been obsessed with Stonehenge and other ancient monuments and cultures since was a kid. So, this was a bucket list item for me, and it was as amazing as I'd hoped it would be. Only thing I wished was to be able to walk inside the big stones. No fault of the tour, just sensible rules to prevent further damage. There is a nice walkway around with many good photo points. And, the exhibit hall on entrance is very interesting and informative. Overall, my guide was tops and the monument itself was magical.
