Driver Details & Communication Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don't show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

I recommend this experience after a cruise. The communication was smooth, we have received the driver's details one day before our transfer. He was very friendly, picked us up from the cruise terminal, drove to Stonehenge where we visited for 1h15min, and the dropped us off at our hotel. The tickets are not included in this service, only transportation.

It was very nice. We git picked up and had great communication. The only issue is that she told us dont worry about Stonehedge taking more time she would wait for us. But I wasnt told their was a price for every 15 minutes over. Otherwise it was a lovely trip and she was a nice driver.

Driver was on time at 8am courteous and helpful. Arrived at Stonehenge at 9:15. Had coffee and toured the exhibit before taking the short bus ride to Stonehenge. Departed at 11am and got to our hotel near Paddington by 13:15. I recommend the service

I thought this tour would include a tour guide, it was just a driver. Then his car broke down and we had to wait an hour or two at stone henge for his friend to pick us up and take us to London, which felt a little shady. It was his birthday and I felt bad for him, but the transport was not ideal.

A licensed tour guide and Stonehenge entry tickets are not included in the product description, and the allocated 75 minutes of waiting time is provided specifically to allow guests sufficient time to visit the Stonehenge site at their own pace. With regard to the vehicle issue, while we operate modern vehicles that are regularly inspected and maintained, mechanical failures can unfortunately occur without warning. In this instance, the alternator failure was unforeseen and beyond our control. We fully understand how inconvenient and frustrating this situation must have been, both for you and for the driver. To ensure your safety and minimise disruption, we immediately arranged and fully covered the cost of an alternative licensed transport provider to complete your journey to London. We would like to reassure you that this was a professional company we contracted, not a personal acquaintance of the driver. We genuinely regret the inconvenience caused on the day and appreciate your understanding in a situation that was unexpected for all parties involved.
