Itinerary
Stonehenge Over 5,000 years of history is waiting to be discovered by us at the prehistoric site at Stonehenge. Built on the windswept Salisbury Plain by our Neolithic ancestors, Stonehenge is a site that has courted controversy and stirred opinion for hundreds of years. Explore over 250 ancient objects on display at the world-class visitor centre. Discover the tools and everyday objects of Neolithic life, and come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and ancient human remains. Decipher the mystery of Stonehenge using an interactive audio guide exclusive to Evan Evans. Learn who built it and why, as well as how it was constructed using rudimentary equipment made of wood and stone.
Windsor Castle (optional entry) is the ancestral home of the British monarchy and the largest occupied castle in the world. As you walk around the impressive grounds, it is almost hard to believe that successive kings and queens have been living here for over 900 years. You'll see why this beautiful castle was a favoured weekend residence of Queen Elizabeth II. Inside the State Apartments, you will have the chance to explore the same rooms used today by The King and members of the Royal Family. The rooms here were intended to rival the Palace of Versailles in France, and paintings by renowned artists such as Rembrandt adorn the walls. Guests choosing the option to enter the Castle can also see St George's Chapel, the scene of some of the most famous royal weddings of recent times including The Duke & Duchess of Sussex and HRH Princess Eugenie & Mr Jack Brooksbank. Within the Chapel are the tombs of 11 monarchs, including Queen Elizabeth II, George VI, Henry VIII and Charles I.

Our guide Saul was well prepared, funny and have a good style. The driver was also kind and helpful. The attractions were amazing. You have to watch them minimum once in a lifetime. For me the time in Windsor was a bit short. I can stand more than one day there. But it was definitely worth it. I can only recommend it.
Saul and Behar were great! Totally recommend!
Informational, well guided, personal and funny
Behar and Saul was the best. Safe driver and amusing tour guide .
Wonderful trip. Highly recommended. Guide Saul was very helpful and the driver Bernard was great. Nice knowledge about the history
We got up really early paid nearly 30 pounds to the Uber to take us to the shuttle. We got their to find that the tour hd been canceled. Had to pay nearly another 30 pounds for Uber to take us back to the hotel as they said the other tours were all booked. I dont understand why Trip advisor didn't put us on another tour and if we decided we did not want that they could of refunded our money then. As if yet I have not received a refund.
It was a great tour. Visiting two attractions—Stonehenge and Windsor Castle—was the perfect amount for a one-day trip without feeling rushed. There isn't a live tour guide during your visit to Stonehenge or inside Windsor Castle, so you'll use the audio guides provided at each site instead. The coach was comfortable, everything was well organized, and overall we would recommend this tour.
Great tour. Our guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable and provided clear instructions throughout the day about tour logistics. Definitely a long day, almost 10 hours, but it was nice to have plenty of time at both locations to fully enjoy them.
Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re delighted to hear you had such a great tour. Your kind words about Richard mean a lot. His clear instructions, strong knowledge and steady guidance throughout the day are exactly what help guests feel confident, relaxed and fully immersed in each stop. A nearly 10‑hour day is certainly a full itinerary, and it’s wonderful to know that the pacing felt right and that you had plenty of time to enjoy both locations without feeling rushed. That balance is something our team works hard to deliver. We’re so glad the tour left you with a positive and memorable impression. evanevanstours team
Perfect day! Richard our guide and Dalton our driver were terrific. We had enough time to visit both sites. If the tour had been longer, we would have been happy to continue with additional time in the town of Windsor as we focused mainly on the castle.
Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear you had a perfect day and that Richard and Dalton were terrific throughout the tour. It’s wonderful to know the timing at both sites felt just right and allowed you to enjoy them fully. We appreciate your note about Windsor — many guests enjoy exploring the town beyond the castle, and your suggestion about having a bit more time there is truly helpful. It’s great to hear you would have happily continued the day. If you’d like to share more about your guide or your favourite tour moments, I’m here for you. Warm regards, evanevanstours team
