No guide, the timings in the Viator app says 9.30am but I booked the ferry at 12.30pm. Some descriptions on the tour are misleading. Statue of liberty is worth the hassle but not the Ellie island
Wish we could have had a group experience with a more structured itinerary. There should have been audio equipment. Daniel was an excellent leader...took pictures, waited on guests etc.
very nice the guide did a great job and was very organized his knowledge was very good and he interacted with all
This was the WORST travel experience we booked. We could not get through to the meeting site in NY due to Knicks parade. Over one million fans and barriers in Battery Park. Go Knicks!!! The company we booked with would not reschedule our time for Statue of Liberty tour and refused to refund. It was a gift for my daughter’s birthday.
Booked a trip for my family to see both attractions but unfortunately no stops were happening at Ellis Island due to an island wide power outage. Requested a partial refund since I paid for both attractions but only got to experience one. No response from the operator via their app and refund request was denied via viator. Believe this to be completely unreasonable, at least respond back to your customer.
Excellent attention from Daniel, great tour in Spanish and English.
Daniel is a very good guide. I will come back.
We only got to see the Statue of Liberty. ELLIS Island was closed.
It was an awesome experience. Sergio was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would recommend him as my guide anytime.
Amazing experience, my husband and I brought our daughter to NYC for the first time so this tour was a must. Great times, great company and a great tour guide- thanks Daniel from Colombia!
