Important Information
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Dress according to weather conditions, it can be a little cooler at the top of the gondola that at the base.
- What to bring: Hiking boots or running shoes (no sandals), sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, backpack, water, snacks, all weather jacket, light gloves.
- Bring a camera with a leash to capture the adventure

This was such a fun tour! I had a great guide, Fraser, and he was the perfect combination of friendly, safety oriented, and patient. He took a bunch of pictures of me so I could focus on the experience. This via ferrata was NOT technical and only ~hour-ish, but you do need to be able to climb the equivalent of a ladder up ~150’ and be comfortable with heights.
Great experience. I did this tour with my mother, i in her 50s. Neither of us have done a Via Ferrata before. Nick our guide was informative & supportive.

It was amazing. The staff are wonderful and helpful kind. We started out doing good, but when we started to climb, I couldn’t do it. I had to turn back. We had two guides-Nick and Victor. I told my husband to continue and Victor stayed with me and helped me to hike back down to the starting point. I’ve done two before this one and it is amazing the adrenaline and the rush is incredible. I just couldn’t do this one. But WOW! You got to try it. My husband continued and he enjoyed it. . I highly recommend booking a Via Ferrata climb with Mountain Skills Academy & Adventures. Communication was excellent and Victor was the perfect guide. This is a very safe way to climb. Just do it!

Great experience getting out on the rock in a safe but fun environment. Not too challenging for an experienced climber, but we had a few in the group who were new and the guide Emile was very patient and encouraging. We had excellent weather with amazing views, and the whole adventure was most enjoyable.

Fantastic experience. Meet up was easy and it was really special taking the gondola up first. Much more mentally challenging than physically challenging. Faced my fears and felt safe and supported the whole time!

Fantastic activity to do in Squamish! View is great, my son who is 10 enjoyed very much. Our guide is great, knowledgeable and great with kid.
