Important Note Regarding Transportation: Round-trip transportation is exclusively available for guests staying at hotels located within Cancun’s Hotel Zone (Boulevard Kukulcán). Pickup and drop-off services are not provided for accommodations outside this area, including downtown Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Juárez, Airbnb properties, private residences, or any other location beyond the Hotel Zone. Guests staying outside the Hotel Zone will be assigned a meeting point at the marina. Full location details and instructions will be provided upon booking.

We took this tour with high expectations of driving a boat ourselves, and it did not disappoint—it’s impressive. The experience through the lagoon is incredible. Even though the reef is small, it has a great diversity of marine life, and you’ll get to experience the beauty of Cancun’s reefs. My guide was very attentive; there are two guides traveling with the group to make sure you don’t have any issues while driving on your own. There are boats available for families or couples—I even saw entire families on board.
Fun speedboat and snorkeling tour. Esteban and Penelope were great guides. The water was a bit rough, but it made it more fun and challenging.
Ok. The deal is great and it’s fun. Definitely do the snorkeling. The only thing is the extra 55$ fee per person dock fee . Other places may be priced higher but dock fee is 20$ I guess read the fine print . if I had known when I booked I would have paid for the one with turtles . Over all would have been less for more .

Started out with a concern when we didn’t get picked up but that quickly turned into a positive experience once I contacted them - they said to take a taxi and they paid it when we arrived and we made our tour on time. Carlos was amazing and we had a great time! We so appreciate great service and the way they handled it by fixing ut quickly without us even asking.

Driving the boat was fun. Snorkeling was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden fee they don’t tell you about till after you make the reservation.

Good communication before and during our experience. We had a great time wizzing around the mangroves and then out at sea snorkelling.
Nothing like was promised, service not delivered, I’m planning on suing and I want my money back is very but that they offered something that is not true

We do not offer single-person operation or individual rates for this activity, and this information is consistently stated across our platforms. Our staff communicated this information to you prior to the date of the activity in an effort to avoid any misunderstanding. Even in cases where a guest wishes to participate alone, the service is still charged as a two-person activity for safety reasons. Nevertheless, this situation does not apply to your reservation. It is also important to clarify that you chose to leave the marina before starting the activity and did not participate in the experience, despite the service being available as originally offered. Advertised as cheapest but port fees are 2.5 X more than others like Aquaworld, causing a couple to pay $70 more in fees and they don’t even let you have the snorkel when you are done. We have been on this tour a dozen times throughout the years, using different companies, and never had that happen before.

On the other hand, regarding the snorkel you mentioned, as a company we have decided not to provide them permanently. This decision was made after an analysis conducted several years ago, in which we identified that many snorkels were improperly discarded, often ending up on beaches and contributing to the pollution of our marine ecosystem. For this reason, our procedure is to collect and properly dispose of the snorkels used by our guests, as part of our commitment to environmental protection. You can drive your own speedboat. Driving is easy and you will get used to it quickly. It's pretty fast, so it's exhilarating and feels great! Snorkeling spot is well fished but moderate. Overall, it was a good experience!
