A very good experience. Hammam and massage were perfect with all the Moroccan authenticity. Very pleasant, helpful, and professional staff. I recommend it without any worries.

Really lovely experience. A couple things to know - you will be naked so if you go with someone, make sure it's someone you're comfortable with. You will also not leave looking presentable if you don't bring a few things. They will wash your hair, which is part of the experience - at the very least bring a comb, and if you're getting a massage after the hamman you will have oil in your hair. Just be prepared to handle that. The skills of the staff were perfect and the Riad looks like a fabulous place to stay, really beautiful (we were staying elsewhere).

Fantastic hammam and massage. They listened to my request for it to be gentle and it was so relaxing.
This was not what we expected, the Hammam was not set up for 2 people, very cramped. The lady did her best and was very friendly, but the whole experience wasn’t very enjoyable due to the facility and seing the mold on the walls. The massages were good, again room was very cramped for two people, but the ladies did a good job. We felt very rushed at the end, due to another couple already waiting for our room.
We had a great time with hammam and massage. The staff is nice and welcoming.
Warm welcome, smiling and professional team. In duet with my daughter for a hammam and full body massage for an hour with a tea break in between. The hammam was exceptional, never had such a good experience. Black soap scrub, and clay break, with great professionalism. Followed by an hour massage with a masseuse listening to my expectations. I recommend 100%.
Do not do this. The person who gave my hammam was completely incommunicative, used water so hot that it left marks on my body, repeatedly laughed at me including when she had poured water over my head causing sunscreen and skincare products to burn my eyes. They were 10 minutes late to pick me up at the street corner where they told me to wait. (Why I couldn’t just go to the spa is beyond me.) The entire service ran so behind time and was so unpleasant that I asked to leave before the massage in order to get back to my child on time, and an employee then had the nerve to argue with me and try to prevent me from leaving on my way out. An awful experience.
