This is a door-to-door shared transfer service from Southampton Cruise Port to Central London, combining affordability with comfort. Unlike standard coach or bus services, we collect you directly from your designated cruise terminal or hotel in Southampton and drop you off at your hotel or address in Central London. There are no fixed stops or public terminals to navigate. Depending on the number of passengers booked on the same route, the vehicle may be used exclusively by your group or shared with one or two additional groups, with a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle at all times. On quieter days, when no other passengers are travelling on the same route, your transfer will operate as a private service at no extra cost, and you will be informed of this in advance. Driver Details & Communication Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. We strongly recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will confirm their exact arrival time and provide live updates if you use either platform. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Southampton Cruise Port The pick-up location at Southampton Cruise Port depends on the terminal where your cruise ship disembarks. Upon arrival, port staff will direct all passengers to the designated pick-up area. Your driver will be waiting at this point and will approach you directly once you arrive. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Pick-Up Time Coordination As this is a shared transfer service, we may occasionally make small adjustments to the originally selected pick-up time to coordinate multiple collections and ensure an efficient route for all passengers. If an adjustment is required, you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance with the updated schedule. Waiting Time Policy – Southampton Cruise Port We understand that disembarkation procedures may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting: Free Waiting Time: 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Extended Waiting: If passengers do not show within 20 minutes, extended waiting fees apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card via a secure payment link. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays in disembarking or collecting luggage, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to appear at the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading.

Our pickup at the ship in Southampton went smoothly. He was on time and got us to London in plenty of time to enjoy our day. Only glitch was our hotel was on a street that couldn’t be accessed directly. He drove around for a while until he realized that. Once he did he got us as close as he could and helped carry our bags the rest of the way. We really appreciated that since my wife and are older and it would have been hard for us to carry them. He’s a good guy!

Our original driver had to be replaced last minute, but that was handled very efficiently. The new driver wasnt someone I would want to ride with again...he drove too fast in crowded areas, then he was going to make us get out and walk to find our hotel with all of our luggage because he couldnt figure out where the hotel was. I had to look it up on google maps and direct him.
I had arranged a personal car and driver to pick us (2 people) from South Hampton cruise terminal and take us directly to our hotel in London. Our driver, Natalia Cristina was great but she was also driving someone to Heathrow first, which delayed us but more than 1 hour. That was not the private ride we requested and it caused us some inconvenience for our plans of the afternoon.

In your case, the Heathrow Airport drop-off was completed first. Heathrow is located directly on the route between Southampton and London and typically requires only a very small diversion. According to our records, there was no delay of over one hour caused by this stop, and the journey operated in line with the published itinerary. We understand that shared transfers may not be suitable for every traveller, particularly if a direct vehicle is preferred. For customers seeking a dedicated vehicle with no additional stops, we also offer private transfer options. The amount of money my husband and I spent on this transfer we should not jave had to share it with other people. Because the vehicle had seats facing each other and the other passengers got all the seats facing forward, I had to sit backwards facing. This causes me to get carsick. I had to sit sideways all the way to London from Sputhampton. Plus no AC was on in the car. Driver was nice but didn't communicate with us to tell us if we were close or who would be dropped off first. That would help us to be prepared. Just so costly to have had to share the ride.

Our Driver was waiting on us at disembarkation in Southampton. We communicated/texted and had calls regarding the time and location.
