For transfers departing from Southampton, the driver will meet you at the designated pickup location for each port as follows: City Cruise Terminal: The driver will use the designated drop-off and pickup zones near the terminal, typically by the arrivals lounge or main entrance. Follow the signs for private vehicles. Ocean Cruise Terminal: The pickup area is also near the arrivals lounge or main entrance, with clear signage for private vehicles. Mayflower Cruise Terminal: The designated meeting point is at Mayflower Park, just outside Dock Gate 10, which offers convenient parking and is a short walk from the terminal For your transfer from Heathrow to Southampton: Your driver will be closely monitoring your flight to ensure timely pickup, even in case of delays. Upon your arrival, the driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall, holding a name board for easy identification. For your transfer from Southampton Hotel to Heathrow Airport: The driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel (Please mention full address of the hotel in the booking if the pickup is from the hotel) These arrangements are designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free transfer experience.

An excellent driver with lots of helpful information about the city. Arrived exactly on time and provided the service we needed to get us to the airport with time to spare.
While the pictures of the vehicles show higher luxury cars, don’t assume that is what will be provided. We got a Ford Mini van
Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that we offer several vehicle categories, including Standard, Executive, People Carrier, and Executive MPV/Minibus. The vehicle provided is always based on the category selected at the time of booking. In this case, the reservation was for a Standard vehicle, and the Ford minivan supplied was consistent with that category. Executive vehicles, including BMW and Mercedes models, are available when an Executive category is booked. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure our listings clearly reflect the different vehicle categories available.
Well, when I compared the cost with some other local companies, Viator fee is higher. The driver is very responsible and nice. The only thing I am not very happy about is the additional cost ($45) to add one drop off terminal. It was not stated that it will require additional cost at the beginning when I provided drop off information. I did mention that additional drop off maybe needed.

The request for an additional terminal drop-off was raised separately and the associated cost was advised and confirmed prior to the transfer. Heathrow Airport charges operators each time a vehicle enters a terminal area, which is why additional terminals incur additional costs. Our driver was On time and easy to find at the cruise terminal. The company had great communication before during and after. We made it to our flight with time to spare!

Communication was excellent. I was notified when the car arrived (I was still on the cruise ship) and was sent a photo of the license plate. This made finding the car truly easy. It’s more expensive than the cruise line airport transfers, but well worth it if you want to walk-off or if you are tired of buses.
We advised we had 12 pieces of luggage and 6 adults. Van was too small , not enough room for all the luggage and very uncomfortable.

To better accommodate your group, we upgraded the service and provided a 9-seater long-wheelbase vehicle at no additional cost. While the passenger count was accommodated, the volume and size of the luggage exceeded what would normally be expected for this vehicle category. Rather than causing delays or requesting additional transportation, our team worked to carefully arrange all luggage and ensure the transfer proceeded smoothly. My experience with Viatar was first rate. Our tour of Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral was excellent. Our driver Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and certainly added to our experience. Our transfer to Heathrow was also very good. Both drivers were courteous and punctual and excellent drivers. I would certainly recommend the Viator to anyone traveling in the region.

Our driver was early at the cruise port and we were able to load as soon as we got off the ship. He was attentive and was very friendly and respectful.
