The driver was very courteous and ahead of schedule. He called ahead to make sure we were ready to be picked up.
Driver was late . Van was dirty and have to call numerous times to find out where he was. Company slow to respond . Very disappointing where all other transports were waiting for their customers.
Our driver was so friendly and made the trip fun. He communicated with us on his arrival time and dropped us off on the best terminal so our flight check in was easy.
Booked the eight passenger for the ride back to the airport. Supposedly able to carry eight people and eight luggage. We had seven in which three were kids. 7 luggage. Driver refused to take us and made us get a seperate taxi for the rest. They sent a six seater with a seat upfront. We asked for a 50% refund which was refused by Viator and the provider. Be careful when you book these.
