I paid for the sound and lights of the pyramids. There were no sound and light and we didn't get picked up at the hotel. I require a full refund or will take legal action
Great driver and car! The event itself would be beautiful if I could have seen better. The structure is not appropriate. The location is flat and the location is low, even if no one raises their arm to film or photograph it is difficult to watch. I'm not telling anyone to go. It is worth the amount paid and I did not have the discount offered from the previous tour.
Pickup was super punctual, very nice service and fast drive. Also the pick-up to the return trip was very helpful and good. The show itself was okay, not outstanding. It was very nice to see the pyramids and sphinx illuminated at night. All in all, it was entertaining.
This sound and light has only the name. It's a scam for 50 euros. It doesn't look like the pictures on the internet. No colorful pyramids, no laser. Music is nothing special, not even a thrill. Very, very disappointed with this presentation.
The sound and light show of the Giza pyramids was an experience I was looking forward to, as the place is mythical. Unfortunately, the result is not quite up to expectations. The setting, of course, remains absolutely magnificent — sitting in front of the illuminated pyramids at sunset is in itself a magical moment. One can only be captured by the beauty and power of the site, whatever the staging. However, the show itself deserves a real modernisation. The sound is poor quality, sometimes difficult to understand, and the light effects appear dated. The projections lack dynamism and do not really highlight the immensity or majesty of the place. We expect an immersive and spectacular experience, but the whole thing remains quite flat, even a little kitsch. Fortunately, the mere presence of the pyramids and the Sphinx still makes the moment impressive — difficult not to be moved by these thousand-year-old monuments. In short, sound and light are not essential, but the setting remains unforgettable.
Really boring, nothing to do with lights or absolutely nothing, you just waste time and money, not worth it, better visit the pyramids but not with light and sound, disappointing
The Sound & Light Show is undoubtedly a worthwhile trip, being informative and well produced in a setting that few if any can rival. Well worth the money too....BUT be wary. Sadly the "skip the line" proved false as the guide had failed to get printed tickets in advance meaning that, despite being amongst the first to arrive, we were delayed in gaining entrance meaning we certainly missed out on the better seats. VIP seats may well be worth the extra money too.
Beautiful location, great offer. Unfortunately, the tour was canceled due to local conditions beyond the operator's control. Easy refund. We'll be happy to come back and do the tour next time.
The agent EMO canceled the tickets on is the day of the show and I was not refunded yet. We were looking forward to that. Please refund me
Fine guide and a fantastic driver from Emo tours brought us to an interesting light and sound show. The sound at the show could have been better but the background with the pyramids is beautiful.
