Four retired women, we had the time of our lives. We cruised from Cai Be to Rach Gia and then ferried to Phu Quoc. We were nurtured, guided, fed every moment. Our crew Xuyen (guide), Linh (skipper), Nhuan (chef) and Kiet (decky and waiter). Number 1, it was awesome.
My wife and I had such a marvellous time on our Sampan. Don’t expect 5 star luxury but expect everything you need for a night or two. It breaks your heart when you see the amount of rubbish floating down the Mekong but if you can accept this hoping things will change it’s such a marvellous experience. We had a guide called HIA who was very attentive & knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to spend time with him.
The 5 stars are deserved. This is the first time a trip has been made through a local travel agency. It was just perfect. Well organized, fluid, allowing nothing to think and manage. The agency remains available and responsive via WhatsApp. The drivers and guides are very good. The hotels are luxurious. The activities selected with care, allowing to be close to the premises and away from the too touristic circuits. We recommend 100%.
All nice, perfect organization. Unique experience even with rain. I highly recommend it to those who want to see unique landscapes.
A great experience and highly recommended. There were four of us (2 children and parents) for 2 nights on the houseboat and sailed through the Mekong Delta. We had stops where our English speaking very nice guide showed us the culture of Vietnam (e.g. candy factory, clay factory, market in Sa Dec - absolute must-see, floating market). In between, calm relaxed sailing on the river. The nights on board were cozy and relaxed. The bathrooms are high class (just like in the hotel with running hot water at all times!). 3 x daily food on board also wonderful. The staff was very thoughtful, friendly and reserved. We felt completely comfortable!!! unforgettable experience!
A mini cruise of 3 days - 2 nights which we will keep an unforgettable memory. The junks (we were 7 and so we took 2 junks) are very well appointed , comfortable and ensure a total change of scenery . Absolutely adorable staff, simple but excellent cuisine. The descent of the Mekong , an enchantment and the various excursions very interesting and well organized.
Cowboys. They cancelled our trip at the last minute. We'd booked and paid in full for a 'non-refundable' trip 3 months in advance. We found out they were now offering 'our' trip at nearly twice the price. Draw your own conclusions.
What an experience! This will stay with us always. The boat was rustic but very comfy food excellent and staff 3specially our guide Hui was very good . An authentic trip and highly recommended
I have never before written a negative review on Trip Advisor, and this trip may well be the delightful experience we had envisaged when we booked and paid for it in full 4 months ago. We will never know, as this weekend with less than a week before our booking was to start, the company without any explanation cancelled the trip via an automated TripAdvisor notification. We thought originally it was a mistake but no. We have spoken to them, and 1st they said they were closed for Tet and then, when it was pointed out that Tet didn't start for some weeks, for Chinese New Year. I don't know what the true reason is, although I do note that their price on Trip Advisor has doubled since we booked in September, perhaps they just got a better offer. In any case, there are plenty of other more reputable companies offering similar experiences. I would strongly suggest that you look else where, unless you too want your holiday ruined and to spend the 1st couple of days of what was to be the holiday of a lifetime, trying to find alternative, accommodation and transportation.
Wow, what a beautiful boat to see life on the Mekong. The guide and crew were exceptional and made our 3 day adventure unforgettable.
