Itinerary
We will arrive for you at your hotel or meeting point that is established. We will get on our transport and head to one of the most beautiful fishing villages, Puerto Morelos. There we will begin to board our boat with our guide, to start this great adventure. The first destination to arrive is the Arrecifes National Park, which is considered the second largest reef wall in the world. You will have a time of 45 minutes of snorkeling activity to admire the reefs. After the snorkeling activity, we will return to land and stop at our private beach club where we will have our lunch and then you can take a walking tour through the heart of Puerto Morelos. And then we will begin our return to our hotel or meeting point to end this tour.

Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

Absolutely awful experience! There’s no walking guided tour around, all you do is wait around for around 5 hours of the day just to do not even a full hour of snorkelling. Plus I was sick and not once did the staff check if I was ok and took forever to realise my boyfriend was calling for help so he was struggling trying to get me back to the boat as I was struggling to breathe and being sick. Absolutely no organisation and very rude. Horrific experience. Transportation was also dirty, no working seatbelts and the driver was driving like a maniac and on his phone the majority of the drive

We booked this trip the day before and were picked up in the hotel lobby bang on time, a few more pick ups and then we were dropped at Puerto Morelos, the staff at the snorkelling place were great, spoke to us about the reef and the conservation work. We then showered to remove our sunscreen, none is allowed not even reef friendly!! We got our fins and life jackets as we have our own masks and we’re walked through to the boat. The team were great and we were taken out to reef and followed our guide around the reef. The colours were amazing and so many beautiful fish. The trip was cut a little short by a thunder storm! We decided it was best to get out of the water after a lightning strike. On the way back from the boat we ordered our lunch and went back to get dry and pick up our things, we were treated to some coffee tequila, lovely! Then back to the restaurant the tacos were delicious. We were shown our photos and bought the package they are superb. This was a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Can not say enough about our Driver Javier- I left my phone in the van and he personally returned it. Snorkeling was excellent and Freida was great. Lunch was good but beware more like a snack and drinks even water is not included. Lots of pressure on the street from vendors.
