Outstanding tour and guide! Our guide Rocky was very knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the Grand canyon and surrounding areas. He has a wonderful personality and sense of humor as well. We liked the stop at the Cameron Trading Post to shop for souvenirs and have a pit stop. We appreciated all the stops along the Canyon Rim, and being driven the 90 minute path each way is a bonus. Grand Canyon was fantastic! Highly recommend this tour!
Our driver/guide Karen was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Grand Canyon. We were captivated by the wealth of info she provided.
Our family had an amazing experience with Grand Canyon Adventures! Everything was smooth, organized, and thoughtfully planned from start to finish. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Scott, who made the day exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. The hotel pick-up was seamless, and he took us to incredible viewpoints beyond the typical crowded spots. He also offered an optional walking trail, and the views along it did not disappoint. The picnic lunch was a wonderful touch, giving us time to relax and take in the scenery. And of course, the Grand Canyon itself was absolutely breathtaking—something you truly have to see in person. We’re still in awe. A memorable family experience that we highly recommend! 10/10 for Grand Canyon Adventures!
This excursion exceeded my expectations!! Our tour guide Scott has a true passion for the Grand Canyon and the Flagstaff area! He provided such in-depth knowledge of the Grand Canyon it was out of this world! Bonus nice guy, made a rainy, cool day fun and informative! Lunch was tasty!
Incredible tour! Seriously, one of the best bus tours we have ever taken. Our guide Alex was packed full of information about the history, geography, geology and nature of the Grand Canyon. First class tour guide all the way- the trip itself was so well organized and all the stops gave an excellent one day overview of the best lookouts and locations. Highly recommend this tour.
Very unique experience! Multiple views of Grand Canyon. We were in awe every minute. This tour exceeded all of our expectations.
Our tour guide Rocky was exceptional. His knowledge of the entire area is mind blowing. He made the Grand Canyon come to life.
This was an unplanned spur of the moment decision and we’re so glad we did it. We were lucky they had room for us. It was so nice to not do the driving and have such a helpful, fun guide. Devon was great - he got us to all the important spots along the south rim.
SERVICE: Within minutes of booking, we were contacted by the service provider to confirm the booking and finalize activity details (e.g., meeting/pickup location, lunch selection, etc.). Check-in on the day of our excursion was equally professional and efficient. FACILITIES: We chose to meet our guide at the office. The facilities are clean and comfortable, with coffee on the ready and a restroom. Some interactive displays on the Grand Canyon prime you for the trip. GUIDE: If you can request a guide, ask for Danya. She is very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and flexible. She has hiked the Canyon many times, resulting in an experience that took us to some less trafficked spots incorporating stunning views and short hikes along the rim. Her knowledge of the land was a bonus - we enjoyed conversing about the geology, plant life, and other facets that one would not normally expect. You simply can't go wrong with Danya! WHAT TO EXPECT: Tour stops were excellently planned, allowing for restroom breaks. Water, snacks, and lunch are provided. Depending on when you visit, plan for weather. It can get chilly on the North and South rims. Bring a jacket so you can layer as needed. Last pro tip: bring some cash so you can tip your guide.
My husband and I had a great experience with our tour guide, Corey! He was knowledgeable and helped us make the most of our time at the Grand Canyon. He answered all our questions and provided a wonderful picnic lunch. I highly recommend this tour!
