Convenient Pickup & Meeting Point Information To ensure a smooth and punctual start to your El Yunque Rainforest adventure, our tours begin at a central meeting location. Primary Meeting Point Norte Shopping Center – San Juan Guests will meet their guide here, and from this location we provide transportation to El Yunque Rainforest. This helps us maximize our time in the forest and avoid hotel pickup delays. Before departing to the forest, guests will also have access to: • Restrooms • Coffee shops • Convenience stores for snacks and water • Last-minute essentials for the adventure Luquillo Area Meeting Option Frutera Flores – Luquillo For travelers staying closer to the east side of the island, you may also meet us directly in Luquillo at Frutera Flores, located near the entrance of El Yunque. Important Transportation Information • If you choose the tour option without transportation, you must arrange your own transportation and follow the guide in your own rental car from the meeting point. • Please make sure to select the tour option that best fits your needs before completing your reservation. Pickup Time Pickup times are usually scheduled between 6:50 AM – 7:00 AM. Please note that the pickup process may begin 25–30 minutes before the estimated departure time to ensure the group leaves on schedule. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to avoid missing the tour. Final Step Once your tour is booked, simply let us know your preferred meeting location, and our friendly local guides will make sure everything is ready for a seamless start to your rainforest adventure. Enrique and Jean were super nice. The made us feel comfortable and were super helpful throughout the experience. Jean is really personable he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever and did a great job of missing the group or initiating conversations. Enrique was the funny factor while also consistently checking how you were doing on the hike. Would do again with the same people.

Enrique and Jean were amazing!
Jean is an amazing guide! He’s incredibly kind, caring, and easy to spend the day with. Since you’ll be with him for about half the day, it really makes a difference to have someone so friendly and thoughtful. He’s also very clean and professional. About 40 minutes after pickup, we stopped at a small local shop where we could grab a quick breakfast and coffee. Later, he cut up fresh, delicious fruit for everyone, which was such a nice touch. After our time at El Yunque, he took us to Icacos Beach for lunch, and we got to enjoy a beautiful beach. Jean genuinely cares about the environment and protecting the ecosystem, and it shows throughout the tour. I highly recommend booking your tour with him!

This El Yunque Rainforest adventure tour was hands down the highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From start to finish, Adriana was an amazing guide—knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely excited to share the beauty, history, culture, and natural treasures of the island. One of my favorite parts was learning about the rainforest itself. Adriana took time to point out different plants, flowers, and vegetation while sharing fascinating information about them. It brought back memories of stories my father told about growing up around this flora, so seeing it in person made the experience even more meaningful. The adventure portion was incredible as well. By the time we reached the water activities, I felt completely comfortable and safe. The natural rock water slide and rope swing were so much fun! My 15-year-old son loved it too and even went back for a second rope swing. Getting a “that was really cool” from a teenager is high praise, and this tour definitely earned it. If you're looking for an active, fun, and authentic way to experience El Yunque and Puerto Rico's natural beauty, I highly recommend this tour. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the best excursions we've ever taken.
