Safe! Convenient! Easy booking! Everything went smooth as planned. Brandon, our guide, gave us cultural memories for the books. He made everyone feel safe and attentive to our needs. Transport made it super comfy . We plan on returning with family.
Our tour guide, Jose, was exceptionally knowledgeable and made the experience truly enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The van service was prompt and convenient, providing hassle-free pickup and drop-off directly at our hotel. Luquillo Beach was absolutely beautiful, and we had the opportunity to enjoy some delicious, authentic local food. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable experience that I would highly recommend.
I was hesitant when I saw hike and the experience was 5hrs but the hike was only a 10 minute hike from the car to the river. Our guide Brandon was amazing! He was fun and patient with the group. He kept the group safe while exploring the jungle and the beach with great recommendations. Overall amazing experience.
They were very helpful, clear with instructions, and made it fun! They also emphasized safety throughout it all.
We opted for a no transportation option. When we arrived at the pickup location given to us the area was a mess full of people no signage and busses everywhere. When we finally found our tour guide we let them know we had to leave early which is why we needed our own transportation he said No we needed to get on the bus or pay $20 to park ourselves. We told them we would gladly pay, so he then proceeds to make a call and the person told them and us that we needed to get on the bus regardless. That was obviously not going to happen because we specifically elected to have our own transportation due to the fact that we needed to leave early. While they did offer to drop us off at some point we couldn’t risk missing our other engagement due to negligence on their behalf. I understand that communication can often times not be clear due to a language barrier but the instructions were clear on the tour we opted for that required us to have our own transportation. Unfortunately due to this we had to miss the tour and not get a refund. Money lost, and we still explored El Yunque on our own without having to pay for a “tour guide”
Amazing experience the guides are very friendly and fun
Tony was excellent. He called several times to confirm pick time and provided updates on his arrival time. His was very punctual. He explained the plans for the day several times. I couldn't ask for a better excursion. Definitely worth the money. The rocks near the waterfall can be slippery. We took our water shoes off for a better grip, bare foot.
The rainforest is rich in history, beautiful, weather was nice, and the river activities were great for the adrenaline seekers.
Although I didn't slide down the waterfalls, I still had fun hiking through the rainforest. I felt like O was in an episode of Jurassic Park..lol. I had the best time today celebrating my birthday in the rain as we hiked up to the waterfalls. The tour guide was funny and he played the best Spanish music. I did enjoy wadding in the water with the best guave mojito. I will definitely come back again.
The tour was GREAT! Juan, David, & Steven were super awesome. They were very clear with instructions, made sure the group stayed together the whole time, showed us all the fun/cool spots & added some fun facts along the way! If you are in Puerto Rico looking to go to El Yunque, book with them!
