Started out with a small snag at the pickup, it was all straightened up, and we were on our way. The driver was very good, calm, and collected. We picked up our Berber mountain guide on the way and then stopped at a Berber village to visit, we had delicious tea and freshly home-made bread in a traditional house. Our guide showed us how the tea was made. and what herbs they used. Also stopped at a very nice Argan co-op with a small herb garden. Wish I had bought some Hairy Cumin seeds. Had lunch at the riverside, very nice. The menu was fixed, at 120 dhm +drinks. The hike up to the waterfalls was very nice (don't forget your sturdy shoes NOT flip-flops or sandals), our guide made sure we older people were not left behind, and we did quite a few stops to catch our breath, and of course to take pictures. Some parts were harder but our guide was there to help us. At the top was a beautiful waterfall and a cafe. A rest was definitely needed. As expected the tour down was a little harder than down. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our guide, but he was a wonderful person, as well as very kind and supportive. Thank you for a wonderful day.
