Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket area. Pickup time is between 8.30 a.m. - 9.00 a.m. for round one, 11.30 a.m. -12.00 p.m. for round two and 2.30 p.m. - 3.00 p.m. for round three. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

- During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
- Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
- Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
