- “Skip the Line” means that instead of waiting in the normal long line, the customer enters a fast, priority line, along with the other customers who chose this option.
- To ensure smooth security checks when accessing the Cathedral, visitors are asked to remove metal and glass items from their pockets and be prepared to have their bags inspected. Additionally, please be aware that helmets, glass objects and large luggage are not permitted on the Cathedral grounds. We recommend avoiding carrying large bags to speed up the process. We appreciate your cooperation in wearing appropriate attire when entering religious sites. It is essential to cover your knees and shoulders, in accordance with respectful customs. Please avoid athletic attire during your visit.
- Roofs are not accessible to people with disabilities.
- Baby strollers are not allowed on rooftops.
- There are no toilets or cafes on the terraces: take water with you.
- Visit the Cathedral Terraces: Our guide will accompany you to the elevator. You will climb up to enjoy a stunning view from the top, while our guide waits for you at the base of the Duomo. Our guide will give you directions to your meeting point after exploring the terraces, located at the bottom of the cathedral.
- Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.

Never found the tour group. Instructions on meeting place need to be more specific. Local agents were of no help. Very frustrating. Lost our money. Had to buy additional tickets.
Excellent tour group! Due to the weather and delay of the church opening time, a slight adjustment was needed but the guides navigated us through seamlessly.

I just had the most incredible experience in Florence thanks to The Majesty Epic Duomo. The views from the top of the cathedral were breathtaking. The climb was a bit tiring, but definitely worth it. The frescoes and architecture inside the cathedral were magnificent. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, making the experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence. It's a day I will never forget!
