Our guide was not well organized. We ended up standing and waiting to gain admission to the site. Once inside she did not communicate well and was difficult to hear. At several of the rooms she said things had been moved as though she had not conducted a tour there for some time. We paid for a two and a half hour tour and she was done in less than two hours. It would have been much better to go in on our own with the audio guide. We did let the tour operator, Roso Travel, know. With a good audio guide, why book a tour at all?

The guide was very nice and kind, I noticed the excellent knowledge she has about Vienna, Empress Sisi, and other historical aspects during the tour. I recommend it 👍
Very good understanding of Austrian history and culture. Enthusiastically delivered with extra and fun detail. Wonderful tour.
Reasonable price. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His explanations were very clear. He organized everything very well and stories made the tour informative. The atmosphere was relaxation. The tour of Sisi Museum was really excellent. There were three people remaining after Sisi Museum, the guide still strived to explain remaining parts. Amazing tour experience.
It was excellent, the lady spoke excellent French. Clear explanation!! I recommend you leave
I had a great time. The guide was easy to follow and took us through the exhibition. All the sudden, we were finished, it felt like only five minutes passed.
The guide speaks French well. Clear, simple, and interesting explanations. Good pace Good use of time
Hilga was super guide and she told us a lot of things we didn’t know about Austria it was amazing experience
Very beautiful palace, however, above Sissi's apartment, I expected to see more dresses, more accessories; I am left wanting.
The building is magnificent, the rooms are sumptuous. The problem is that we rushed through the palace due to the number of groups doing the same.... and the guide keeps looking at his watch... and on top of that, he lectures about political morals! Let him provide historical references and allow people to vote for whom they want!
