Prepare yourself!!! This is not only the best tour of Pompeii but anywhere. Lello is incredibly knowledgeable. His stories of life in Pompeii are intriguing as well as relevant. I highly recommend taking in this wonderful tour.
Ethalo was a great guide, very friendly and informative. Well worth doing with a guide as opposed to walking around unaccompanied. Great day
We were rushed on time and our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and excellent for all ages. Would definitely recommend!
Our guide was so knowledgeable we loved the entire experience. Make sure to bring water bottles if you go in summer. The underground section is fantastic to see you can really appreciate the entire space from this level. The excavations of the Forum are not to be missed. We loved all aspects of the tour and it was a highlight of our Rome trip.
We had an amazing day looking at the sights of Pompeii. Our guide was very knowledgeable and guided us on the best path to get the most out of our tour. He answered all our questions and had a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend this to all.
We had a tour with Lello who was a wonderful character, knowledgeable guide and made it so fun! Such a fantastic day! Would definitely recommend him as a guide. I learnt so much
Italo was prompt and personable. We only had time for a 2 hour tour so he explained all he could within our limited time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We left feeling we had a better understanding of life in Pompeii
Our third visit to Pompeii, the second with Lello. We so much enjoyed our first experience with them we booked another. Pompeii is so large there is always something new to see. Our guide Italica was excellent with lots of interesting facts about the ruins and the background to what we saw. A very good two hours
Lello was a wonderful tour guide. He was very informative and we enjoyed his tour. We learned much about Pompeii that we would have never known. A great experience!!
Just average. Not worth the money we paid for the tour. Guide was not personable and seemed more interested in get getting through the tour than actually showing us the sites. Focused on the most viewed and busy areas. Much of the information he shared differed greatly from what is published and accepted historically and anthropologically.
