The activity (snow plus) was great. However I would not purchase from MultiBiz Tourism again. They did not send me my tickets the morning of the activity so I had to message and call them to ask them to do it (while in line at the activity). Then when they did finally send me the tickets they sent the wrong ones (snow classic when I bought snow plus) so I had to wait again for them to send me the right tickets. My kids were waiting in the ticket line almost 45 minutes for all of this to get worked out. Ski Dubai is lots of fun, but buy tickets from another vendor!

The next morning, you emailed us again requesting to receive the tickets, and we promptly sent them. Please note that your booking was for the Snow Classic package, and the payment made corresponded to that option. As there are two packages available with different prices, it seems there may have been some confusion. To ensure your satisfaction, we upgraded your tickets to the Snow Plus package at no additional cost and informed you accordingly. Despite our efforts, we are sorry to hear that you were still unhappy with the service, which is disappointing to us. We truly value your feedback and hope to have another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
