On certain occasions, it may not be possible to carry it out due to strong waves or by order of the Port Authority, which may prohibit passengers from entering the water. If the snorkeling activity cannot take place, no partial or full refund will be issued, as the rest of the tour activities will operate as normal. By booking this tour, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
