Itinerary
We'll wander to the historic Old Market area, the commercial heart of the city. I'll point out unique local fruits and street food stalls. We will then see the famous Pub Street and I'll share how this quiet daytime street transforms into a vibrant hub of nightlife.
We'll take a short walk to one of Siem Reap's most beautiful and active Buddhist pagodas. Here, we will explore the colorful grounds while I share stories about the daily spiritual life of the Cambodian people.
Next, we'll enjoy a relaxing walk along the shaded banks of the Siem Reap River. I'll share insights into the river's importance to the city and point out the beautiful, historic bridges that connect the two sides of town.
As we approach the end of our tour, we'll visit Siem Reap's most sacred local shrine. I'll explain its powerful history, its connection to two princesses, and why it is so important to the people who live here.
Our adventure concludes in the beautiful gardens in front of the magnificent Royal Residence, the King of Cambodia's official home in Siem Reap. We can take photos as I share some final stories about the city. This is the perfect place to ask any last questions and get my personal recommendations for the rest of your wonderful day.

Knowledgeble, funny and empathetic guide. Highly recommended!
A very nice and enjoyable tour with a friendly and passionate guide. I really liked walking around Siem Reap and discovering its sights and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Great walking tour! He spoke fantastic English and I learned so much about Cambodian culture and history! He gave some great restaurants recs too.
Solyna was magical: we spent three days with him, first on the Siem Reap tour, then on Kluen Mountain, and finally on Tonle Sap. What can I say? He was always kind and explained things to us thoroughly, helping us appreciate Cambodian culture right from the start. He also provided us with the contact information for the tuk-tuk that took us to visit the Angkor temples. A sure thing! Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for spending three beautiful days with me! It truly meant a lot to share Siem Reap, Kulen Mountain, and Tonle Sap, Floating Village with you. I’m very happy you felt connected to Cambodian culture — wishing you wonderful memories wherever you travel next! 😊
I learned a lot on this tour about Siem Reap and Cambodia! My guide was great and very attentive (I was the only one on the tour, but he still put in 100% effort!) and took me around the local part of the market, pub street, the royal palace, the riverfront area, and different temples. I got a great sense of how the city has changed over time, local tips on what to do and buy from Cambodia, and great personal stories. This tour is a good way to spend the afternoon if you’ve just arrived to Siem Reap or if you get back from the temples, but aren’t the napping type (like me)!
Booked the small group tour, ended up being just us on a private tour! Perfect level of information, great at answering questions, good way to get bearings in Siam Reap

A nice relaxed and informative city tour. This tour is run by the guide himself as a side project and will worth supporting.
I made a tour with Solyna in October, as it is low season It was only me but he still kindly made the tour for me. I really enjoyed it, it felt like just walking around with a local who knew a lot about his place. Also his English was pretty good so it was easy to get along. If you just arrived in Cambodia, it is a great way to get into the context, history and culture of the country. Thanks again Solyna for patiently answer my thousand of questions.
