Discover Siem Reap through your stomach by sampling its culinary offerings from local snacks, seasonal fruits and desserts to traditional Khmer staples. Let your expert food tour guide take you to spots where locals love to meet and eat. Discover how Cambodian cuisine is familiar yet unique in flavor. Adventurous eaters can try out exotic foods like crunchy crickets and fried scorpions. We will finish the tour by dropping you back to your hotel, or off to Pub Street for happy hour if you request. It’s true that Cambodian cuisine shares common dishes with its neighboring countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China, even India, and is influenced by the remnants of French colonial days. Khmers, however, had found creative ways to put in a dash of their style and flavor. Get ready to have a taste of Siem Reap’s street food, by hopping into a remork-moto, commonly known as tuk tuk, as we pick you up from your hotel. We’ll go beyond tourist zones for the most enjoyable local street food adventure. Your knowledgeable food tour guide will lead you to explore Siem Reap’s streets to sample local snacks, such as yellow bean cake or Khmer rice cake. We’ll check out the tropical fruits in season and let you have a taste of unique fruits such as dragon fruit, lychee, tiny but sweet pineapples, longan, rambutan and mangosteen (depends on seasons). Either you hate it or you love it, we dare you to sample the king of tropical fruits – durian (depends on season)
We’ll take you where the locals meet, eat and hang-out - in a picnic area where endless stalls are set-up in the early evening. Walk through the length of the street and explore various stalls selling fruits, snacks and cooked food, clothes, homewares, kitchen wares and everything in between. Eat snacks the Cambodian way and if you’re up for an adventure, try out a variety of exotic snacks such as fried tarantulas (seasonal), crunchy crickets, frogs, fried scorpions (seasonal) and duck eggs. Bring out the foodie in you by picking from a variety of dishes such as skewered barbecue meat and fish, Khmer fried chicken, green mango with chili and salt, savory jackfruit etc.
The fun continues as we try more Khmer food dishes at the local small place a long the street. Return to your hotel or drop off at pub street after tours.

We had such a fantastic evening exploring some of Siam Reap’s delicious cuisines! Sath was kind, knowledgeable and fun showing us a variety of delicious foods suitable for our family (2adults and 2 children aged 6 & 4) a mix of traditional cuisines, local market food and a few sights along the way! Mr Cheat our Tuk Tuk driver was excellent, a safe driver and always ready to take us to the next place. Highly recommend, thank you both for a lovely evening!
Fantastic experience and a great way to see the town - Nak our guide was excellent. we saw a cross section of restaurants, market and street food. Nak was extremely good, knowledgeable helpful and friendly. He also has a deep understanding of the ancient and contemporary history of the area. Also a deluxe tuk tuk and a careful driver.
Sath and Mr Cheat were wonderful, we went to great local places to eat. We have already had many different Khmer dishes so he had to think about what was different to what we had tried before. Sath did an excellent job as I am also gluten intolerant, he checked all the food I ate was Gluten friendly ( not gluten free). My husband wanted to try snake so he went out of the way to make sure he got some. It was a wonderful night and I would highly recommend.
Such fantastic tour with our guide Sath Ty and tuk tuk driver Mr. Sokhom. His tuk tuk is amazing. Tried new food we have not tried before. A walk to witness evening aerobics dancing exercise with load music which great and a visit to a night street market where my other half tried some adventurous treats and l had my first sugar cane juice which was delicious. We really enjoyed this food tour! Our guide Sath and driver Mr. Cheat were fantastic. We ate a ton of delicious food at five locations and learned enough about how to make some of the dishes that we'll be trying to recreate them at home. We felt trepidation at the prospect of eating insects, but ended up eat the whole bag! They were deliciously fried and seasoned. We had frog, cricket, grasshopper, and grubs. Thank you Sath and Mr. Cheat!!
We did a food tour with Sath with Mr Sim driving us and it was fantastic! The food was different and amazing, Sath was knowledgeable and Mr Sim kept us safe.
Our guide Sath was amazing! He knew tons about the food and ingredients used, as well as the surrounding areas we visited. We went to very authentic Cambodia places to eat, so if you’re up for an adventure, this is the perfect tour. Request Sath, he was the best!

The food tour was excellent, we saw lots of local spots including a charcoal skewer grill, a short noodle restaurant, and the local market with many options. Sath was a very good tour guide and had many good suggestions and Mr. Sim was an excellent driver!
Had a great tour with Sath and drive Mr Pheak. Everything ran so smooth from the pickup to visiting the different places. Felt like understood more about how locals live and the food was amazing. Highly recommend when in Siem Reap
