Wonderful driver. Communication leading up to the arrival was on-point. Comfortable seats. Great way to travel the airport.
Very helpful staff on the information desk ,very very helpful to me .I did end up with a car not a shuttle bus which was fab ..The driver was excellent and on time.
I only used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, the driver pick us on time , he was very polite.
Be aware that driver might be 10 minutes late, but, better than the first transport from South Hampton Port to London, that was more unusual. The driver sat in an unmarked van, and never told us he was there until I called to find out where he was after 10 minutes.
Colonnelli was fantastic as our driver. He communicated he was there and was early. We had nice conversation with him on our ride to the airport. Luckily traffic wasn't bad so he got us to the airport with plenty of time before our flight.
