The only reason you guys are getting a 3 is because your driver was very friendly and answered all my questions about Marrakesh. As far as arriving at the airport, nobody had my name on a sign or a viator sign. I waited about 15 minutes and finally texted them to say I am here I got a response back about 15 minutes later asking if I have you arrived at the airport. And I said yes, I am here waiting outside and he said, come here and he texted me a picture. I walked over the picture. Nobody standing there and a gentleman asked me what am I looking for I said this person texted me and said to stand by the sign. And he actually had to call the guy over to tell him, Hey, this lady is looking for her ride after that the person whos was on his phone said, go sit over there and I'll get your driver very rudely. I don't know if that's the way it is here in Morocco, but he was very rude and not very customer service friendly

Driver never came !!! We waited more than an hour and he didn’t pick our call and he finally said he wasn't coming - horrible service please don’t book it.

Arrived at the airport didn't see the bus anywhere ended up having to get a taxi instead. Waste of money no reply when I contacted them
Fake review
The driver was communicative & gently offered his services for other transports during our stay. He was using his cell phone showing excursions while driving. Vehicle was a white older SUV vehicle. Seats were very tight.
