No show Had to get a refund and do sonethin else. The night before i messaged the tour company and asked if we could cancel and get a refund. The guy never responded a few hours later We messaged back saying its ok we will continue with the booking and to disregard the inquiry. Again no response. We continued as normal and were early gor pick up the morning of. 845am We waitied until 930am We messaged a few times fueing that time as well as viator directly. No response and no show
Had a lot of fun learning about cigar making, the chocolate tasting was amazing. It wasn’t as big shopping center as I coveted but it was still a good time.

After doing different tours with them, our last tour was a shopping tour and it was excellent they take you to a very nice store if you want to go to another they take you anywhere I really could buy the gifts I needed all my vacation was with them and it was the best.
