Overall, the tour was fine, and our guide Beshoy was very kind—we have no complaints about him. However, the pickup was quite delayed, and we had to wait longer than expected. One important thing to mention is that we did not go to tourist markets, but rather to so-called “government shops.” At first, everything seemed legitimate—they showed us spices and local products. But in the end, we realized we were scammed into buying crystallized menthol at 3 euros per gram, which is a completely unreasonable price. Be careful when making purchases during this tour. We recommend enjoying the experience, but proceed with caution when shopping.

This is a great tour, very fun. Our driver Moaz was so helpful and took us to very good places to buy gold, cotton and essences. He was very patient and even help us find the guide from our next tour and drove us there. Also, the agency kept in touch with us vía whatsapp so it was easier. 10 out of 10.

Ahmad provided an amazing experience for us. While there was a set schedule for the tour he was responsive to our needs and only took us to shops that we were interested in. Like Abja, he is very knowledgeable so he was able to share information with about Cairo and Giza and he took us around on the shopping tour. It was a short and enjoying afternoon activity.

Outstanding tour company. The drivers used are professional, courteous and gifted drivers in this intricate traffic. My husband said he was thankful he didn’t have to drive. It is a treat to be driven so well to where you need to be. The guide was outstanding too and the most knowledgeable guide I have ever had on a trip. He knows when to stop and allow you to ask questions, his English is perfect understanding, we are learning so much from him. He knows how to give you room to enjoy and to help you negotiate with the people approaching you to patronize their business. He gives us time to take pictures and when my camera ran out of energy or even before it did, he took pictures of us in special locations to help us to create a memorable album. Any place we wanted to go or any stop we wanted to make, he took care of it and is our liaison between the Egyptian community and our community. I love visiting Egypt and I love its people. This is the very best tour company you could use. They are honest, courteous, loving and make you feel like family. I was blessed by God to discover them.

Hesham showed us the best of Egyptian trade and specialties. He took us for lunch to a restaurant where we enjoyed great Egyptian delicacies. He was attentive and a true gentleman. It would have been impossible to see and purchase the high quality items without his guide. Greatly recommended.

We had a wonderful time and were able to buy gifts for our family back home and be sure they were quality Egyptian items. I loved the perfumerie and the Egyptian cotton had very inexpensive tshirts for the family back home. Be prepared to spend - the shops give a great presentation and excellent hospitality. Lunch was delicious and authentic, our driver was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Perfect for tourists new to Egypt!
