Overall expectation so great a museum and cool for fans. It is not so disability friendly as it is an old building but you can get a companion with if you have a companion card so if it can help is great. Lovely and friendly staff and really nice done
Our guide Mark was so informative, we learned so much and really enjoyed all of the sites we got to see!! Great way to see the city!!!
If you love Sherlock Holmes stories, this is a great small museum with an especially nice gift shop.
Our guide Will was excellent for the Westminster tour, showing us the perfect time and place to take pictures and video of the band during the changing of the guard. He also gave us a lot of British history. The Holmes tour was just a ticket for admission to the museum and a brief narration by the staff there.
Brandon was very knowledgeable. Answered many questions on local history of what we observed. Would recommend this tour.
The tour was excellent! We heard information and got close up looks at things we had not seen even though we had been in London for over a week. Mark was an excellent guide and very informative. He made the history come alive. He was great at having the group where we could take the best photos. It was a wonderful experience.
For years we have been looking forward to going to the Sherlock Holmes Museum.....we really liked the setting, the sets......everything. At the end of the tour, the souvenir shop with very interesting things, the seller very attentive and friendly 😀
The Sherlock Holmes tour seemed to be an afterthought. The walking tour was great! But after three hours of walking around London I was dropped off at a Tube Station and to told which Line to take and what station to get off and that was it! Not which way to go after arriving at the station or which signs to look for in the station. I thankful the residents of London are friendly and helpful. It was very stressful trying to find my way to the Museum.
It was a wonderful tour. Will was engaging, informative and full of good humor. Despite the rain we had a great experience and highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Our guide Jason did an admirable job leading a group of 15 wide eyed tourists for 3 hours through a downpour (sort of provided the quintessential London experience of carrying on in the rain). We saw Buckingham Palace, various marching guard units, and other iconic locations. Didn't make it to the Sherlock Holmes Museum, so can't comment on it.
