Fantastic experience!! Everything organized to perfection! Saw many sharks, two manta rays, and also seals and dolphins! Entered the cage twice! My companion did not dive but still loved the experience and spotting the animals from the boat! Lunch and dessert were warm, and then we headed out to see the whales with another included tour! Even though it was early June, marking the start of the whale season, after a bit of waiting we saw 4, which was stunning! Highly recommended! The transportation from Cape Town was also great; the driver took us everywhere and waited for us!
Guides with whom you can have fun, learn a lot of interesting things about the animals and you realize there is a lot of respect for the animals and their area of life behind it. Shark-Diving was uniquely good. Unfortunately, we did not see any whales, as they probably moved on this year in November. For this we got a voucher for a replay of whale watching, with no expiration date.
Very nice crew, great experience- highly recommended. We saw the copper shark, stingrays and seals - as well as whales on our way back in.
It was INCREDIBLE - the guides show great passion and take great care of everyone. You had a lot of time and good chances to see everything. There was no stress and you could enjoy it very much.

Starting from the fact that I am the owner of a tourist agency so I know perfectly the industry and the working methods. They welcomed me as a family person and already this gave me security as I was traveling alone. The company also assisted me with regard to forecasts and based on those the itinerary was decided. Complete professional honesty thing not by everyone. Amanda was always there and the driver super helpful. I will recommend this agency to anyone who wants to visit South Africa! The shark cage diving experience itself was incredible—an unforgettable adventure that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to get up close with these magnificent creatures. The thrill of being in the water with sharks was unmatched, and it’s clear that the company values marine conservation, which I deeply respect. However, there were several organizational and facility issues that detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the high price point: Combo Package Issues: We had purchased the whale-watching combo, which caused us to arrive after the rest of the shark diving group had already had breakfast and likely received a briefing about the dive and shark conservation. We were rushed through payment, barely had time for a sip of coffee, and missed the breakfast included in the package. Lack of Information: As a result of the rush, we weren’t given much information about the sharks we were about to see or the conservation efforts. This was disappointing, as I was looking forward to learning more about these incredible animals. Disorganization on the Boat: The boat felt chaotic. With 18 people on board, there was no system for managing belongings or changing into wetsuits. Clothes and backpacks were everywhere, and there wasn’t enough seating or space. Only one crew member seemed to be doing all the critical tasks (organizing people into the cage, handling wetsuits, and setting up equipment), while others stood idle. This made the experience unnecessarily messy and uncoordinated. Wetsuit Quality: The wetsuits had noticeable holes and filled with water almost immediately upon entering the ocean. For the price paid, I expected better-maintained gear. Post-Dive Facilities: After the dive, the facilities were inadequate. There was only one shower for everyone to use and one toilet per gender, which felt insufficient for a group of 18 people, especially after being soaked in saltwater. Overall, while the shark dive itself was an amazing experience, the poor organization, outdated equipment, and lack of adequate facilities made the experience feel overpriced. With some attention to these issues, this could easily become a 5-star adventure.

Sometimes the wait between trips can be too short, as in your case, but the alternative would often result in a two-hour gap. Moving forward, we will offer clients the choice of timing options for their combo trips and ensure that late arrivals are handled better to avoid missing any vital information or the chance to enjoy breakfast. 2. Information and Conservation Education: Educating our guests about sharks and conservation is a cornerstone of what we do, and we’re disappointed to hear this aspect was lacking during your visit. We take this feedback seriously and will revisit how we manage briefings, especially for guests arriving later. 3. Disorganization on the Boat: We recognize that a chaotic environment can detract from the experience. The days you joined us, we were unfortunately short a crew member, and a new recruit was still learning the ropes. While this is not an excuse, we apologize for the disorganization and will work closely with our crew to improve coordination and service delivery. Your comments will be included in our ongoing training to ensure a more seamless experience for all guests. 4. Wetsuit Quality: We completely understand your concerns about the wetsuits. A few weeks ago, we placed an order for brand-new wetsuits, which we expect to arrive in time for the upcoming season. This upgrade will significantly enhance the comfort and quality of the diving experience. 5. Post-Dive Facilities: Thank you for pointing out the need for better facilities. We are already working on plans to rebuild and expand our ablution facilities to better cater to larger groups. We hope that when you join us again in the future, you’ll see the improvements firsthand and enjoy a much more comfortable experience. Responsive and qualified staff; perfectly organised activities and schedules; good value for money. I managed to do both shark cage diving in Gansbaai. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for sea adventures in South Africa.
