Description

We are alway care for our client's experience. All of our tours have a small group with maximum of 10 guests visiting Cu Chi Tunnels. The group will spend most of the time at Ben Duoc Tunnels which is well-known as the less-crowded, less-busy, and more authentic experience time in Cu Chi. Additionally, you'll be able to crawl inside the tunnels of Cu Chi and taste the locally grown Viet Cong food, tapioca, next to the tunnels. Finally, you'll witness the propaganda of Viet Cong soldiers in Tan Phu Trung Ward and experience the underground Hoang Cam kitchen. The highlight of the tour is when you can experience crawling into the Tunnels to feel what it was like during the war.

The Cu Chi Tunnels, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, were an extensive network of underground tunnels that served as a critical strategic location during the Vietnam War. Constructed over several years, the tunnels spanned more than 250 kilometers and were made up of multiple layers, including living quarters, kitchens, meeting rooms, hospitals, and even schools. The tunnels were dug by hand, using rudimentary tools such as shovels, hoes, and picks, and the workers would remove the soil from the tunnels and conceal it in nearby fields to avoid detection. Navigating through the Cu Chi Tunnels was a complex task, requiring specialized knowledge and training. The tunnels were narrow, with a height of only a few feet, and were often filled with traps and obstacles, such as spike pits and hidden doors. The Viet Cong soldiers were trained to move silently and quickly through the tunnels, using their knowledge of the terrain to avoid detection.

Great tour if you have limited time!

It was a very good trip to the Ben Duoc Tunnels. Our guide and driver were very good although we saw the highlights a half day tour was a bit rushed, my suggestion would be to do a full day tour as 3 hours total driving time makes exploring the area a little rushed.

1st Hand mindchanging experience

First of all I want to thank Mickey. He is a great tour guide and knows a lot about the history of his country. I really enjoyed talking with him about his people, happiness and about looking into the future. The trip itself was well organized and not overcrowded. It was a great opportunity to learn first hand about the war and the tunnels. Definitely recommend it for people who want to know more than just what was shown in American Vietnam movies.
