Absolutely terrible. We had replacement guide who had no idea where to go or what to do. Complete waste of money we even had to choose where to eat and we wandered around aimlessly. Our guide was a replacement for someone else who pulled out. Customer service terrible. We use Viator all the time and I have never had a worse experience than this.

Bring a good appetite! Many different foods were on offer, and it would be wise to manage your time so that you can taste several dishes over your tour. Rachel was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the food, and also about the culture. During the evening we covered quite a distance, but that was a choice, not a necessity. Highly recommended.
