Sensational quad and camel ride in the palm grove

It was a brilliant experience and our guide Marwan really made it a memorable journey! The views were beautiful and the hospitality wonderful. If it wasn’t for Marwan, we wouldn’t have so many memories to look back at- so we really do appreciate it! Thankyou! Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and if Marwan is your guide it’s a bonus on top!

MARWAN was our tour guide, he was great! He was very helpful!! He took lovely pictures of us and was very helpful, he helped us throughout and with our helmets too. I would highly recommend him to family and friends!! Thank you!!

This was a scam. They never came to pick me or my friends up from our hotel. We tried calling them multiple times and messaging them from Viator but they would not respond. They responded hours afterwards but would not give us a refund

Excellent experience if you want to get out for a few hours, great value for £50. Short camel ride was perfect for us and the quads were fun

I want a refund , the ad lies we didn’t get 3hours. The people was rude and didn’t know how to communicate for pick up I had to make so many phone calls to make sure it happened. The guy on the phone couldn’t speak English good.

Me and my boyfriend had the best time ever on this experience, it was so much fun, we got taught how to drive the quad bikes then drove for a while to the camels, got dressed in a beautiful blue dress and head scarf, we then got on the camels and walked around the desert there was plenty of opportunity’s to take photos our guide Marwan took loads of photos and videos of us he was amazing ! We then drove to a tent where we had bread, honey, olives and a delicious tea and water, we then drove on the quads around the desert we were on the quads for around an hour, what I really loved about our tour was that it was just us 2 and the guide which I thought made it a lot better as we could go faster! And our guide took loads of videos of us 2 at no extra charge! I could not fault it, it was a lovely fun day out and once again Marwan was great!!! Thankyou so much! The only thing I Will give as advice is that we found out by double checking that our hotel was not in the pick up location even though it was on the website and I could select it, so either you have to go to the pick up location on the website or pay extra to get picked up but you will have to whatsapp the organisers to arrange this, his number is under “contact operator” so just message him and make sure as if we didn’t, we wouldn’t have had any idea that we was not going to be picked up.

Very helpful events organiser. We changed our minds about the booking not only did he give us a full refund he also suggested a great alternative at the the Agafy Dessert. Will definitely use their service again
