Thank you and come back to Greenbelt bike tours!
I came as part of my vacation to Phoenix with my wife (who's about 5 feet). Upon arriving the owner did his best to try to find a bike that she can ride on at her height. . Despite his best efforts, after a few minutes of practice, it became evident to the owner that the bike wasn't the right fit for her safety. Rather than simply allowing us to proceed, he genuinely expressed his concerns, prioritizing our safety above all else. Ultimately, he graciously offered us a full refund, emphasizing that our safety was paramount. We were really impressed by his dedication to safety above all else.
Thank you!

I really was excited about the ebike tour for my 43rd birthday unfortunately I was a little clumsier than I imagined and fell and hurt myself (user error)but they took care of me they refunded me my money and treated me with respect and although I didn't take the tour I appreciate you from my family that did go on the tour that day spoke nothing but great things thank you for all that you do
Thanks and safety is our number #1 mission and customer satisfaction. Thanks again
, JR, was fantastic! He narrated the tour throughout the safe ride. He made our ride fun and interesting with historical information about the area adding humor throughout. I recommend.
Thank you so much and please come back to ride again.
Buyer beware. We went to address that was on email. That place never existed. Very disappointing. I would give this a zero. But was no option.
The address was a google listing problem sending people to Phoenix not consistent with the street or address. We tried to get them to correct but they did not. Google was showing us in a location that didn’t exist. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you request a refund?
