Be on time ! We just made it racing to the gate and the staff held the door for us wonderful people! Great experience and great views on the ship!!
Thanks for joining us! I'm glad the timing worked out and we were able to get you onboard. Cheers!
The experience was nice and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Let’s talk about the staff, the staff was amazing.
Let's talk about how amazing you are. Thanks for the great review. We're happy to hear you had a great time!
You deserve good customer service, please read there reviews before you head over. I travelled all the way from Sacramento to be treated like junk. They don't value their customer or listen to what they have to say. As long as your money is in their possession that's what matters. As a business owner I wasn't expecting a corporation like this to show such bad employee conduct. I had tried speaking with the "Head Guy" Joseph but he didn't want to hear it. Not until one lady employee who had been helping me for almost over an hour spoke up for me and let Joseph know we had been working on two tickets. And vouched that we had been waiting for help. Joseph at the beginning you seemed helpful, as time went by you showed your true colors. I hope you guys use this as a learning experience talking to and cameras on the booth that sells the tickets. So you can actually know what's going on. Not go off of he said she said. According to your staff you had 30+ no shows at $150 a pop, thats non refundable. Then sold another 30 for $150 each. that's $9,000 off of just those customers, invest in cameras at the booth, or some better staff.
Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the security footage and spoke with management regarding your visit. Regarding the queue concern: footage and accounts from nearby guests indicate no line-cutting occurred. We recognize that a busy boarding environment can feel stressful. To try to accommodate you, Joseph offered refundable standby tickets for the Fireworks Cruise in case of no-shows, which you accepted. When the vessel reached its maximum legal capacity, our operations team and the captain must stop boarding. Your standby tickets are fully refundable, as promised. We apologize we couldn't accommodate you this time and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize guest safety and maritime capacity regulations.
It was beautiful! If going in the fall, a light jacket would be good. The process was pretty quick and easy.
Amazing trip. We saw Alcatraz, the Golden gate Bridge, and the city lights. Moon was full. Beautiful sunset.
Just a boat ride, no narrative. Can get a bit chilly if, like us, you're from Florida. We bundled up and were very comfortable. Back ground music sucked and was a bit loud.
Thanks for the 5 Stars, although I wish we could have earned it as it sounds like you didn't enjoy it all that much. It is just a cruise on the Bay with music. There is no narrative. We do have 2 other cruises that offer narration but not this one. I'd be curious what the music was that was terrible. If you feel like sharing. Thanks again for taking the time to write in.
Didnt get the full experience, didnt go around alcatraz an also we didnt go to golden gate bridge. .
Hi Maria. The only reason we don't go completely under the Golden Gate Bridge is if there are major swells as that area gets to be the deepest part of the Bay, making it rougher seas during high winds. But in that case we go completely parallel to the bridge, practically almost under, to allow for some still stellar views. And as for Alcatraz, we do just go by the most iconic side and not technically "go around" the Island. We're sorry if both were misleading, and we will consider rewrites on our description.
A really disappointing experience. The worst part was the awful, loud music blaring out throughout. Not having a commentary of the sights on offer and history of the area was a cop out. We had not been here before, so that would have been useful. The weather was cold so we were inside which meant we had to try and see the view through scratched, dirty windows - not great. Also, we didnt see the Golden Gate bridge. 90 mins was much too long, especially with the awful music. Overall, I would avoid this expensive, disappointing experience.
My family went on the sunset cruise but it was so foggy we were unable to see the setting Sun. However the captain of the boat took us over to oracle stadium and it just so happened a Jelly Roll concert was happening my son, nephew and niece got to enjoy a bit of the concert from a very cool perspective! It was a highlight for them. So I was incredibly thankful to the captain who turned a very foggy sunset cruise into a spectacular experience.
I had digital ticket with bar code but still the ticket checker asked me to get the physical paper ticket. Music was loud.
Hi there, Sorry to hear that your barcode wouldn't work. We had a connection issue but that has been solved. You should have had a QR code, which we are able to scan. And I'm sorry to hear that the music was too loud. I would think it would be okay to ask them to turn it down a bit, but I also understand you don't want to be that person. I'll mention it to the captain so there are no future issues. Thanks!
