Such an efficient pick up serivce and all staff were helpful and friendly. The route was simple to navigate, but downloaded the map on the app, which also gave a good tour as you rode along. Would highly recommend!

Great location solid bikes friendly staff! We did the San Fran to Sausalito ride in under 4 hours today with a small plate lunch. They have a location to leave your bike at once your cross into and down to the water.

Ashamed to say we lived in the Marina District for years. Fast forward 40 years and being retired. Living far away. Came back for a long summer weekend. Decided to ride bikes near the wharf area. That morphed into an e-bike rental. And a self guided 12 mile trip through Fort Mason, the Marina, Crissy Field, Fort Point, all the way across the Golden Gate Bridge and back, and the long way through the Presidio back to the Blazing Saddles location on Hyde. The bikes, which we have never done before, worked exactly as we were briefed. It was a perfect experience. From our walk in to get a bike, which was very efficient, to getting our helmets, our bikes, and our briefings, went very smoothly. Everyone we talked and worked with was professional and courteous. We felt “Unreasonable Hospitality” from checkin to checkout. Many thanks to all the staff, including those behind the scenes to prep our rides, for creating such a memorable day.

Great company to deal with. Welcomed initially by the lovely Cara -Rose, who helped us decide on where was best to go. The bikes were fantastic and we had a fabulous morning cycling to the Golden Gate Bridge and onwards to see a few other attractions. Highly recommend, staff were friendly and eager to help.

The ride from Beach street to Sausalito was so fun with a few stops on the way. The e-bikes were in great condition and rode really well. We had a 12, 13, and 15 year old with us. Everyone had a blast and the pre-arranged ferry from Sausalito back to SF was great as well. I highly recommend this experience.

This was our first time on e-bikes and we are SOLD! It was incredibly swift and easy to pick up the bikes, they easily carried us over 20 miles, took the hills as fast as we wanted, and the locks provided were perfect for a couple touristy pit stops. Riding our bike over the Golden Gate bridge is definitely high of my list of things I've done in my life! If I had to do it over again, I might have rented for the entire day and spent more time around Sausalito and the Presidio.
