Jimmy, our tour guide, loves his city and makes you love it too. Muir Woods is a must see, magical place for anyone visiting this area. Sausalito was a quaint bay town, fun to visit. Tour great!! Driver made it even better!!!

This was a convenient way to get to Muir Woods and get a taste of Sausalito. Our driver, Joanne, was really friendly and gave out some great info along the way. My biggest complaint is it was too short of a trip. I would have liked to hike within Muir Woods, but we could only go about 20 minutes outside the tourist area before needing to turn back. And then we were only given 45 minutes in Sausalito, which wasn’t nearly enough time. We were starving and grabbed a bite to eat, but that took up the entire time and we couldn’t do any shopping or exploring. I would have liked to see at least 2 hours at Muir Woods and 1.5 hours at Sausalito.
Nice van ride, comfortable, good views while driving, driver provided some laughs and tips, wanted a little more time in Salisito.

Big Bus is so convenient and a great way to learn about San Francisco!! The staff was so very helpful. The drivers were great, especially Grady. The people at the terminal helped us get the best deal especially Quell. I highly recommend this service.

It was a fun experience with Patrick our guide. He’s knowledgeable about the tour and funny with jokes at the same time. If he could tone down the jokes a bit and not step over our personal boundary more than once, then he’ll make an excellent tour guide.
