Nate is 👍 Yellow S & Salt Lake

Hello! I’m Stella from NE originally from Hong Kong. My four girlfriends from HK traveled for this Yellowstone and Salt Lake trip! We had Nate Rollins as our tour guide, driver and integrator so and so. In general, we five very happy with Nate as his language skills that serving different nations at the same time. His character, knowledge and his unique passion just fit extremely well in this position. The entire Group in the van seems very pleasant of his performance. I personally highly recommend Nate! For improvements: 1) the van for fourteen ppl is extremely jam packed and it’s so hardly moving around or even breath naturally! This is kind of very mean to have such a small van accompanied 13 guests! The tourists are for traveling and enjoying life not by torturing! 2) whoever manages the paper work please get a more fascinated system as who paid for what! This is such an embarrassment again and again in this quick journey Nate had to stopped for times to explain and to clarify! Please fix above problems no matter you are No 1 or the 2nd travel agent. This is totally unacceptable that you have your tour guy to fix this problem right on the spot.! Very lucky this is a very inclusive team or what so ever! Blessings!

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent Yellowstone and Salt Lake City trip with your four friends. We truly appreciate your kind words about Nate Rollins, our tour guide, driver, and integrator. It is wonderful to hear that his language skills, character, knowledge, and passion made your journey enjoyable, and we are grateful for your high recommendation. Regarding the concerns you raised, please allow us to respond formally: We fully understand that comfort during travel is essential. However, please be advised that the vehicle used for your tour (a 14-passenger van ) is the standard model for a group of 13 guests. As disclosed on our website: Professional vehicles transportation (Vehicle used based on the number of guests attending that day).We regret that you found the space limited, but this configuration complies with our operational and safety standards. Nevertheless, your feedback regarding passenger comfort has been noted and will be reviewed internally for potential future adjustments. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding who paid for what during the trip. We are actively reviewing our paperwork to introduce a more organized, transparent, and efficient process. Thank you again for your honest and constructive review. It is through guests like you that we are able to grow and improve.

Good but not for the price

The tour guide was good but thevwhole thing was geared towards Chinese tourists which i was NOT aware of. I had to read the translation. Also the operator told me i had paid $50 to Viator in fees that's ridiculous! Very disappointed

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or disappointment you experienced during the tour. We would like to clarify that our standard service is conducted in English. On the day of your tour, there were also Chinese-speaking guests in the group. As a courtesy to them, our tour guide provided additional explanations in Chinese while still delivering the full English service to you and other English-speaking guests. Concerning the $50 fee you mentioned – After verifying with the tour guide, we can confirm that no money was collected from you on the tour. We kindly suggest you contact Viator’s customer support directly to request a breakdown of any fees they may have charged. Thank you again for your feedback.
