- Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

Nate Rollins is the best tour guide. When we first met him he had great energy. He was energetic, excited, and friendly. For my first time being at Yellowstone and being on a tour, this was a fantastic experience and I hope others would have him as their tour guide. Nate is also a very cool, funny guy. He can speak multiple languages which is impressive and very helpful for others who struggle to understand him. Overall this is a 11/10 experience I’ve had going to Yellowstone with Nate and I can’t forget our bus driver Mike who drove for a very long time and getting us to these amazing parks safely and smoothly.

I traveled to Yellowstone from June 29 to July 2. Although I am Korean, this was my second time using a Chinese travel agency. They are friendly, the vehicles are clean, and they allow plenty of time at each stop. Our guide, Nate, he was excellent—especially his choice of music, which made it very relaxing to rest in the car also Michael, our driver, ensured we had a safe ride throughout the trip. I plan to use this agency again for my upcoming trip to Canada. See you next time! Awesome🤗

It was a wonderful experience being guided throughout the tour by Nate Rollins. He made the trip very interesting , full of fun facts and memorable. A great variety of spots were covered and had enough time to enjoy each spot , eat and use amenities.Kudos to Michael, our bus driver for driving several hours on end for 3 days in a row.

Had a great experience on this tour to the Yellowstone national park. Incredible views across the park with my favourite being the morning glory geyser. The bear cubs at the Bear world were super cute. Our guide Nate Rollins and driver Michael were awesome. They were not only knowledgeable but also super nice and approachable. They made the trip complete! Would highly recommend this.
